Beautiful surroundings and paths. Staff excellant! Large and roomy upstairs living room and kitchen. Bathrooms are down stairs and heating up and downstairs hard to regulate.That being said, we still enjoyed our stay.

We loved this place. It was well laid out and lots of amenities. The staff were lovely. The only issue was with a non-Tesla EV charger the area around the property had no working or available chargers. Of course, not the properties fault but we were surprised that Incline village had such limited infrastructure for EV vehicles.

Loved the size of these units and parking right in front of unit! Great location close to grocery stores & food places. Inside unit was clean, however, lots of spider webs on the ceiling corners all over, had to get rid of some spiders, not fun! Could also use a good cleaning on the exterior and walking path to pool and lobby. Lobby/check-in was difficult to find, would help to have signs to know where to go.

Comfortable stay
We enjoyed our stay. The staff were very friendly. The place is older and needs some updates but everything worked. One of our windows had a shattered outer pane. One bed had a nice down comforter but the others had old blankets and bedspreads. Location is very convenient. I would stay here again.
