The hotel was ok but it is not a 4 star hotel. They did not changed the towels every day and sometimes we would lack of any. Also, they never had towels for the pool or beach. It took forever to go up and down in the elevators. Overall the hotel is well located as it is in front of the beach in the nice area of bocagrande.

Very happy with my stay

The location for this hotel was great! Right across the street drom the beach. Close to shops and restaurants and main points to rhe city. Very comfortable and staff was helpful and great wifi access.
