The Space:
Experience a memorable getaway at this stunning house located in the beautiful Karibana area of Cartagena. This private getaway is perfect for families and friends, offering a tranquil retreat with a gorgeous swimming pool made from natural green Bali stone. With its expansive layout and luxurious amenities, this house elevates the vacation experience for everyone who stays here.

The property features three generously-sized bedrooms and a comfortable sofa bed, accommodating up to 8 guests. Two of the bedrooms come with private bathrooms, while the third bedroom shares a bathroom, ensuring everyone’s comfort and privacy. Each room is equipped with hot water, enhancing the sense of relaxation and enjoyment throughout your stay.

Comfortable Accommodation:
The main room, located on the second floor, boasts a spacious 20 square meters and features a king-size bed. This room also has an option for an additional mattress on the floor for extra sleeping arrangements. Guests can unwind in front of a magnificent 120" smart projector—ideal for fun movie nights with family and friends.

The second bedroom offers two single beds with the flexibility of a trundle bed or a mattress on the floor, catering to various guest arrangements. It comes with an ensuite private bathroom and boasts a stylish ultra-slim 55" smart TV featuring mirrored artwork. The third bedroom contains a queen bed and is equipped with a 43" swivel smart TV that rotates horizontally and vertically, complemented by high-definition sound power. This bedroom shares a bathroom with communal access.

The interior spaces are designed for comfort and entertainment, equipped with a dining room that includes a sofa bed and an ultra-slim 65" smart TV, also adorned with artistic reflections. The convenience of modern technology is evident as both the projector and TVs include premium streaming options such as Netflix, YouTube Premium, DirectTV, and Disney+. You'll find a safe deposit box within the property for storing valuables, allowing you to relax and enjoy without worry.

Guest Access:
My guest only has access to the entire private house, you can only use the common areas of the Karibana club (Club House and Club Beach), if you are a member or if accompanied by a member of the club.
However, you can be in the hotel, Hotel dreams Karibana (that is inside the Karibana club), paying a passadía approximately 75 USD to access breakfast, lunch and unlimited liquor at the hotel, with hours of 9 am - 5:30 pm, also you can access the private beach club so you can live an all-inclusive experience

IT IS FORBIDDEN:
- Holding parties inside the property, especially at the pool. Do not enter the pool while intoxicated.
- The volume of the music must be moderate.
- Prohibited to enter people who are not registered in the reservation.

Getting Around:
If you bring a car we have 2 uncovered parking slots in front the house, we are approximately 25 minutes from the historic center and 20 minutes from the airport. If you don't have a car, the easiest way is with a driver, taking a city cab or Uber/In Driver

Other Things to Note:
If your pet is a large breed we accept only 1 per reservation.

IMPORTANT: All Colombian citizens, regardless of the length of their stay, and all foreigners staying in the country for at least 60 consecutive days must pay VAT (19%) at check-in as of January 1, 2023. Foreigners with tourist visas are exempt from this tax. If a taxable person and an exempt person share a room, the tax may be applied to the entire room.
