OceanView Right on the sea

OCEAN VIEW
is located a few meters from the sea on a rocky coast directly on the Atlantic.

The apartment is located on the upper floor in a quiet holiday home area on the cliffs.

From the roof terrace you have a clear view of the sea.

There are parking spaces in front of the front door in a quiet cul-de-sac. A hiking trail along the rocky coast leads in a few minutes to a bay with a sheltered and monitored sandy beach.

A supermarket, a restaurant and a bar can be easily reached on foot in a few minutes. The former fishing village of Carvoeiro with numerous shops, restaurants, bars and leisure activities is about 2 km away. There are good bus connections.

The spacious and bright apartment consists of a bedroom with a new extra bed in October 2017 with a box spring mattress 200 x 180, a guest bedroom with double bed 195 x 143, 2 bathrooms with shower, a living room with separate dining area and a sofa bed, a fitted kitchen and a large roof terrace overlooking the sea.

The apartment is fully furnished with washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, satellite TV, heating, grill, air conditioning, WiFi hotspot, bed linen, sun loungers and a complete kitchen.

The rental price includes final cleaning, use of bed linen, towels, satellite / TV, WiFi / hotspot, washing machine, dishwasher and air conditioning, as well as heating costs in the winter months (radiators / air conditioning).

A deposit of € 150.00 will be charged.

Had a lovely two week stay mid March. Indra the property manager was very helpful, prompt and accommodating. Lovely walking trails right outside your door. Several good restaurants around.

The name says all
Pleasant apartment with magnificent ocean view from bedroom window and rooftop. We just slept there, because we met with our family in their cottage. So we didn’t spend much time there and didn’t use the kitchen or the washing devices. The bathrooms lack small garbage bins. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

An enjoyable break.
A comfortable apartment in an excellent location. The spacious roof terrace has spectacular views of the sea and coastal path. We had several walks along various sections of the scenic trail. Parking is just outside the property and we were able to explore other areas of The Algarve.

This is an excellent place to stay. The check in process was smooth. We were welcomed with a bottle of wine and water! Mrs. Muller went over all the necessary details with us. We were able to make lots of small day trips from this location. The view is excellent and we really enjoyed staying here. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful spot with amazing view from rooftop. The apt is perfect for 2 people but crowded for 4 adults. The bathrooms did not have garbage cans and it would have been nice to have bedding that fit the king size bed. The tv remote did not work but we figured out how to sign onto Netflix without remote . It was a nice stay and the cliff trail outside the door was amazing .

Great location and view.
The views and location for this rental are perfect! Close to restaurants, easy parking, and did I mention the view!? The check in process was simple, Ms. Mueller met us there and showed us around. I would however describe this rental as simple. There were not many extra pillows, no shower soap, and very few towels. There also was not a cork screw, but we did live one that we purchased for future use. We weren’t really instructed on where to take the trash or place the keys when we left, but we figured it out. Overall, this rental was great and we would stay again.. just a few things to consider.

Awesome place with wonderful ocean view
The apartment cannot be more well placed. The host had arranged perfectly for the check in. The house is 5m from the ocean with an amazing view from the living room and one of the bedroom on the ocean. There also an extraordinary terrace on the rooftop. Everything was amazing ! I strongly recommend the place !

Malerischer Ausblick von der Dachterrasse
Wir waren das erste Mal an der Algarve. Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Wahl der Ferienunterkunft. Sie liegt an einem sehr bekannten Wanderweg und hat einen wundervollen Blick aufs Meer. Auf der Dachterrasse zu sitzen beim Frühstück war wundervoll. Die Unterkunft selbst entspricht den Beschreibungen und der Kontakt ist deutschsprachig und sehr hilfsbereit. Wir haben von Ihr Informationen zu Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und Ausflugsmöglichkeiten erhalten. Auch bei Nachfragen nach dem Einchecken reagierte sie schnell und freundlich. Wir können diese Unterkunft sehr empfehlen.

Absolutly amazing
We had an amazing time in Ocean View. The apartment is quite small but well equipped. The terras is amazing and that’s where we spent most of our time when we were in the apartment. The location is very good, 10 min walk to a beautiful beach which wasn’t as crowded as the more famous ones. A small but very well sorted supermarkets 5 min walk from the apartment. Just outside is one of the best hikes in Algarve. Indra was very helpful and came with a lot of tips. All in all we had an awesome week.

Wunderschöne Dachterasse, gute Lage, gute Ausstattung mit kleineren Kritikpunkten
Insgesamt ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt, die Lage (kleinere Einkäufe im Spar, Strand in Fußreichweite und Wander-/Gehweg an den Klippen direkt vor der Tür) ist super, die Dachterasse unfassbar schön. Carvoeiro kann man auch gut mit dem Bus erreichen, ansonsten Mietwagen in der Algarve lohnenswert. Einzige Kritikpunkte: 1. Das kleinere Bett quietsch sehr stark, ich bin daher aufs Schlafsofa ausgewichen 2. Tisch auf der Dachterasse könnte stabiler sein, der Plastiktisch ist nicht ganz ideal (gab aber keine größeren Probleme damit)

Wonderful view!
Arriving was easy thanks to the perfect guidance from Indra. All very clean, ideally suited for 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 younger children. But all was prepared for the 4 adults we were, thank you so much for this. The breathtaking view from the roof top was amazing. We didn’t spend much time elsewhere than Caboeiro but nothing we saw matched this view. Hoping to return! A real special place, very practical and nearby a lovely small beach and a nice beach bar.
