The house has homemade, swimming pool, Gourmet Area with barbecue, 02 horizontal freezers, large leisure area with games, pool, comfortable sun loungers, various fruit trees, coconut trees, land area of 2.000m² all lawn, being 700m² of built area. to enjoy in every comfort.
The house is fully furnished, has 07 air-conditioned rooms with Split, 05 large suites with box beds, closets, hot bath, has beds for 35 people with comfort, but sleeps up to 80 people (see value and conditions), has home with tv and sky.
The kitchen is fully furnished and has cabinets and various utensils including industrial pans, upright freezer, etc.
Nearby restaurant and pizzeria, delivery of goods, food and beverages through the markets by telephone order, extra comfort without leaving home.
Aracaju is about 40 minutes from the city of Estância, and Salvador 02 hours by car, both access are not made by BR but by paved, calm and tourist roads. The beach is 400 meters away, with natural pools forming daily with crystal clear water, several dunes next to the house and a supermarket, restaurant, pizzeria and gas station 1 km away.
