We really enjoyed our stay. The staff was very nice and helpful. We also enjoyed a nice hot breakfast. The hotel was very clean and our suite had a nice view overlooking the park. We will definitely stay here next time we visit Casablanca.

Nice hotel overall in good location.
Overall, I think my stay was pretty good. The location is decent and the receptionist was helpful. I was a little unhappy with the tour bookings however. It wasn't clear to me (until i got there) that the tours were booked with 3rd party and that required me to withdraw a lot of cash in the last moment. Which was very stressful. Also, the tour ended up costing more than I expected due to being with 3rd party.

We LOVED our stay at Palais Amani! The staff were incredibly gracious and kind and so much fun to talk to. The hospitality here was the best we’ve ever experienced while traveling. They made booking tours and experiences at Fez so easy - we thoroughly enjoyed the Medina tour with Mohamed and the souk tour + cooking class. The people at Palais Amani made us want to come back to visit Fez soon!

The location did not feel very safe from the moment we arrived. Our room was filthy - my shoes were sticking to the ground - the bathroom was filthy - there was hair and dirt in the beds. I told the front desk our room was dirty and they supposedly went and cleaned it. When we went back to the room it was exactly the same. They said they were sold out so I found another property. When I told them we were leaving they magically had another room for us. I looked at it but ultimately ended up LEAVING, forfeiting what we paid, and going to another hotel.

This is a very clean and neat hotel. Feels like a boutique hotel. The roof deck is pleasant. The eating area is very nice too. The shower drain had a strong odor when i stayed in the hotel. Please correct the issue. Note that this hotel isn't necessarily in the center of or very near "downtown" or old city/medina. Be ready to walk or take the tram which is located right next to the hotel. Other than that, i would recommend this hotel.
