Historic & Charming House In The Countryside - Pet

Curious to know what makes the Pisan countryside so fascinating? Come and live a stone's throw from it in our bright and comfortable 19th century house, recently renovated taking care to preserve the original beams present both in the living room and in the bedroom.

A pleasant mix of ancient and modern, perfectly located close to the main centers of interest of Pisa and its surroundings such as the center, the beach, Lucca, the Tuscan hills and Florence.

Despite the fact that the house is located 7 km from the center of Pisa, it is located in a quiet country village and this means that you will be able to have all the tranquility and privacy to recover after a long day spent outdoors.

You can end the sunny days in the private garden while waiting for dinner, which can also be done at home, thanks to the kitchen equipped with all the essentials and the shopping center at 3 minutes by car.

A large coffee maker will help you to pleasantly wake up and start the day off right after sleeping in the large double bed. Alternatively you can go to one of the most famous patisseries in the area at 7 minutes on foot.

Besides the kitchen and bedroom, you will also have a small but functional laundry room with a washing machine and dryer and 2 reserved parking spaces. If you come on the bike, however, do not worry because you will find shelter for her too!

Nicht Gut. Schmutzig, wurde nicht gereinigt. Klobrille war Defekt. Schimmel in der Duschkabine. Terrassenstühle beide Defekt (Foto täuscht). Kühlschrank leuft aus und Schließt nicht richtig. Gasherdplatte ging auch nicht (mittlerer Brenner). Backofen total schmutzig, Bettrahmen musste ich auch zusammenschreuben da es gewackelt hat. Einzige positive, die Matratze war nicht durch. Historisches JA Charmant auf keinen Fall

La proprietà è inserita in un nucleo rurale tranquillo, rilassante e senza traffico rumoroso. Basta spostarsi di poche decine di metri per trovare comunque diverse attività commerciali. Molto apprezzata per la colazione una raffinata pasticceria nelle vicinanze.

Wohnung sehr dunkel, laut, Schlafzimmer zur Straße gerichtet, Küche: nur 1 (kaputte)Pfanne
Rundum sehr, sehr laut, auch durch permanentes Hundegebell, auch nachts. Fenster im Schlafzimmer musste wegen des Straßenlärms geschlossen bleiben. Nicht wirklich erholsam.

Schöne kleine Wohnung
Es war eine schöne kleine Wohnung in der alles vorhanden war was man für den Urlaub benötigt. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war absolut unkompliziert per WhatsApp. Als Startpunkt für Tagesausflüge in die Toskana ist die Wohnung gut nutzbar. Einziges Manko war die fehlende Klimaanlage, da es im Juni dort doch recht heiß ist und die Wohnung irgendwann auch nicht mehr kühl. Gegen die Mücken sind Fliegengitter vor dem Badezimmerfenster und dem Schlafzimmerfenster. Alles in allem hat uns der Aufenthalt dort gut gefallen.

Eine schöne Woche verbracht, wir empfanden es leider etwas zu dunkel im Haus. Eine normale Kaffeemaschine und ein Wasserkocher wären angebracht. Ansonsten war der Rest in Ordnung, Kontakt mit dem Vermieter verlief einfach über WhatsApp 👍

Wunderschöne sehr saubere Wohnung, ausgestattet mit allen was man braucht (Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine). Das Bad ist groß und modern. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Wir waren begeistert.

Dotata di tutti i confort, intima e piacevole, anche per il nostro cane che abbiamo gestito con grande semplicità in questo appartamento con bellissimo giardino. Davvero vicino all'osp. Cisanello in cui siamo stati per delle visite. Host disponibilissimo. Se dovessi andare di nuovo a Pisa sicuramente tornerò.

Gentili e ospitali
Io e una mia amica abbiamo alloggiato qui in vista del Lucca Comics, e i proprietari sono stati molto gentili e comprensivi per l'orario del check-in, poiché abbiamo faticato a contattarli per il poco campo. Casa adibita con tutto l'essenziale, ci siamo trovate bene. Sicuramente la consigliamo!
