The price was amazing! In these days finding a motel/hotel for und $75 a night is rare, the rooms are clean, the stay was quiet, I recommend staying here if your not into paying over gouging prices that other motels charge for the same quality. Thank you Royal Inn for the pleasant stay! I'll definitely spread the word! Cheers!

It's hard to describe accurately, but the room wasn't, "dirty," per say, but it felt gross. The smell of the room wasn't pleasant, but I couldn't really figure out why. There wasn't any trash anywhere and the bed looked fine, but something told me to sleep on top of the covers, not in. Look I've got really low standards especially for cheap places like this. I'd give almost every Motel 6 room 5 stars for the price point. This place just felt run down and poorly taken care of. If my car wasn't full of stuff I would've just reclined my seat and slept in my car and I would've been more comfortable and gotten more than 2 hours of sleep.

You do your own house keeping and the facility is definitely outdated. It's cheap and if you're looking for a roof and shower and nothing more, it will do. The room was a bit musty so bring your own air freshener.

Oh dear!
The woman at the desk was awesome, but the room was far less than desirable. It smelled like it was absolutely soaked in [human?] urine. I dont mean a little, i mean it was like being in a dirty diaper pail. The stench was HORRIBLE. The mattress, well, i slept on springs, there was no padding between the innersprings and the mattress fabric. There also seems to be a bug issue. I saw several dark insects on the walls. The room itself was well cleaned. I really wish i could say better things,(because the clerk was so nice and the outside was respectable) but i just cant. It was a miserable night because of the overwhelming pee smell.

The property is old and doesnt look like much when you drive up but my room was very clean and cozy and the woman who checked me in was very nice and helpful. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat!

BEWARE
This place is very old ran down the room. I stayed in particularly smelt like cat pee very strong very gross. The beds weren’t that comfortable. I found hair in the towels that were supposed to be clean. I was just not a cleanly visitor friendly place to be, and it’s in the bad part of town, cops follow you in and out.
