Very quiet house, renovated, with independent WC on the ground floor, shower room, fitted kitchen, dining room, living room with fireplace and direct access to the terrace overlooking the valley and the garden with a swimming pool.
Upstairs, you have 3 bedrooms in a row and a mezzanine with a BZ. When sleeping, you have 2 double beds and 2 single beds.
The garden is all in lawn, and the swimming pool is open from May to October with the adjoining beach. You have 2 security, a locked gate and a roller shutter on the pool.

Bon sejour , bien equipe au niveau de la cuisine , jeux de societe .quelques produits de première nécessité auraient ete un plus ( sac poubelle, sel / poivre , essuie tout ..)piscine/ terrasse avec jolie vue; chemin de ballade a proximité immédiate. Petit bemol le confort de la literie et le terrain non clos pour un chien.

Un séjour fort agréable dans la campagne du Cantal
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Cassaniouze. Arlette et Thierry sont des hôtes très sympathiques et attentionnés. La maison, très pratique et bien équipée, est restée très agréable malgré les fortes chaleurs, et nos 2 enfants ont bien profité de la piscine. L'endroit est très calme, avec une jolie vue sur les collines, et de belles balades en forêt directement derrière la maison. La maison est située sur la route entre le village et la rivière du Lot (5/10 minutes en voiture) où nous avons profité de baignades rafraîchissantes, et des truites de la pisciculture locale. Bref, nous recommandons vivement cette location, idéale pour les familles.

Gite parfaitement adapté pour des vacances en famille et/ou entre amis: très fonctionnel, spacieux et bien équipé. La piscine a été très appréciée et est un vrai plus. La localisation et la vue permettent un séjour au calme, en pleine nature, tout en offrant de très nombreuses activités aux alentours (randonnée, villages à visiter, marchés, canoé...). L'accueil des propriétaires est remarquable. Nous recommandons cette adresse !

Old....
It is an old house with old furniture, no central heating, small and hard beds, so we didn't enjoy our stay. We were supposed to stay for 12 days, but left after 7 days... The pool is beautiful, but that's is no compensation for an uncomfortable house.
