The property consists of three bedrooms, one of which is characteristic of the trullo, a second double bedroom and a bedroom with three beds; a kitchen / living room with a corner sofa and fireplace; two bathrooms with shower. In the double room, on request, you can add the cot that is available. The kitchen is equipped with everything needed for cooking.

Outside there is a large pergola for your moments of relaxation or your outdoor dining, a private swimming pool, a barbecue and a garden with ancient olive trees. Ample parking for cars. It is completely fenced with independent entrance and gate with intercom.

Wonderful property and very hospitable host
The rural property is great for relaxing at the pool and as a base for visiting the surroundings. The roofed patio served us as a perfect place for meals, playing board games or just reading. It was quiet, there were only normal neighbourhood sounds, but no noises that would disturb us. The property is a few minutes ride from Castellana Grotte. You must have a car. The kitchen is very well equipped and comfortable for cooking and spending time together. The double rooms were quite comfortable but it must be said that the triple room has only a triple BUNK bed not 3 single beds. Fortunately, Gianni, the host, was able to provide a folding bed which after placing in the room left just enough space for getting in and out. So the room is rather for 2 (3) children. Gianni is a real gem and a good spirit of the place - he will help with everything, advise you on where to go and organise whatever you need. We really enjoyed our stay there! Thank you!

A Fantastic Easter Holiday
Many thanks to Sergio for a wonderful holiday in Puglia. The accommodation is excellent and ideally situated to explore Puglia by car. The home is located in a quiet part of Castellana Grotte and is set in spacious grounds. The home is comfortable and was just perfect for my family of 5. It really is as lovely as in the photographs. Visits to Matera, Lecce, Alborobello, Ostuni and the caves at Castellana are all highly recommended and easily accessed from here. Plenty of supermarkets within easy reach and the kitchen is well equipped. A super holiday. Ciao

We really enjoyed our stay at this lovely villa
Ideally located for visiting, Monopoli, Alberobello, Matera and Ostuni. Recommend, Monopoli has a lovely little public sandy beach, Alberobello the Trullis were well worth the visit, spent 1.5 hours there and went back a second day for a longer visit. Matera was amazing the history of the historic cave dwellings is staggering. Gianni was extremely helpful and looked after us well, an example being he was with us within 10 minutes of a power failure and fixed it. The villa is set in its own grounds being set back from the road. Is very clean and in good condition and well equipped to make our stay comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay and would stay again. Lovely house in great location!
We had a really nice time in Castellana Grotte. The house is very comfortable, clean and spacious and is ideally located for visiting the sights of Puglia. We visited many places, including Matera, Alberobello, Lecce, Ostuna, Locorotondo - all very interesting and unique. April is cherry blossom time and it was spectacular to see acres of cherry trees in full bloom. Sergio is a great host, always easy to contact and got in touch with us regularly during our stay to check everything was ok and to offer suggestions of places to visit, restaurants etc. Would recommend.

Heel erg goed en rustig, huis super goed schoongemaakt, alleen veel pannen zijn niet te gebruiken op het electrisch fornuis , douchewand lekte in achterste badkamer, Gianni heel behulpzaam en erg vriendelijk alleen spreekt geen Engels dus via translate alles moeten zeggen/vragen

Rustig zomerhuis
Lekker rustig zomerhuis. Jammer dat het ā€˜s avonds nog wat fris was en we dus vaker naar binnen moesten dan ons lief was. Binnen was het wat krap zitten voor 5 personen en lang zitten op de bank en stoelen was niet aangenaam. De buitenmeubels zaten lekkerder. Wifi was slecht. Na 3 dagen heeft men, zonder dat wij er om vroegen een ander systeem geinstalleerd. Was daarna iets beter maar niet geschikt om te videostreamen. Huisje was verder goed voorzien van apparatuur, wel een beetje gedateerd voor onze normen maar het werkt wel. Een paar nieuwe pannen kan ook geen kwaad. Alleen er is geen vaatwasser (dat wisten we vooraf al). Dat is echt een minpuntje. Zwembad met terras is heerlijk en kids hebben er zelfs bij niet heet weer in mei al gebruik van gemaakt. Men sprak alleen italiaans en rest moest met handen en voeten en google translate. Geen leuke tips verder gekregen maar zefl veel dingen bekeken in de omgeving. Er is genoeg te zien maar is altijd wel minimaal een half uurtje rijden.

Cette maison est parfaite pour une famille nombreuse. Nous Ć©tions deux couples avec 3 enfants. C'Ć©tait top. La maison est entourĆ© d'oliviers. Nous Ć©tions au calme. L'espace extĆ©rieur est magnifique. Nous avons fait tout nos repas Ć  l'extĆ©rieur sous le prĆ©au. Nous avons profitez pleinement du barbecue et de la piscine. PossibilitĆ© de jouer Ć  la pĆ©tanque car grand espace pour garer les voitures. Nous avons eu aucunes mauvaises surprises. Tout correspond bien Ć  l'annonce. Nous Ć©tions Ć  proximitĆ© de tout pour les visites et restaurants. Il est obligatoire de prendre sa voiture Ć  chaque fois mais ce n'Ć©tait pas un problĆØme. Sergio nous a bien conseillĆ© sur les endroits Ć  visiter et sur les restaurants. Merci pour cette belle semaine. Je conseille vivement cette location

Trullo mit Charme
Uns hat das Gesamtensemble, das sehr gepflegt ist, gut gefallen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefĆ¼hlt. Der Hauskeeper Gianni war stets erreichbar und hat uns bei den anfƤnglichen Schwierigkeiten (z.B. Aircondition, WLAN) immer erfolgreich unterstĆ¼tzt. Das Haus ist fĆ¼r sommerliche Temperaturen sehr gut geeignet, bei kĆ¼hlerer Witterung, wenn man sich nicht drauƟen aufhalten kann, ist es fĆ¼r 5 Erwachsene in der WohnkĆ¼che schon etwas eng. Als Ausgangspunkt fĆ¼r die SehenswĆ¼rdigkeiten ist die Lage des Hauses perfekt geeignet. V.a. die Grotte ist ein ā€žMussā€œ. Wenn wir wieder in die Ecke fahren, wĆ¼rden wir das Haus wieder wƤhlen.

Les vacances passĆ©es dans la maison de Sergio furent trĆØs agrĆ©ables et reposantes. La villa est trĆØs confortable, bien entretenue et trĆØs bien situĆ©e pour dĆ©couvrir de nombreux villages et villes des Pouilles et du Nord du Basilicate. La piscine a fait le bonheur des petits et des grands.

Nice days in Puglia...
We had some nice days in Puglia even though the wheater could have been a lot better. The house leaves no wish open, even on a rainy Sunday. The bedroom in the Trulli is just amazing. The house is perferctly located for all possible events in Puglia (visited the Grotte, the beach in Capitolo, the nice cities of Monopoli and our favourite place in Polignano a mare). The kids enjoyed the Safari Park in Fasano.

Vacanza a Castellana Grotte.
A luglio abbiamo trascorso una settimana di vacanza in questa proprietĆ  a Castellana Grotte (cinque persone, di cui tre adolescenti dai 13 ai 17 anni). La casa ĆØ pulita e gli spazi perfettamente adatti per 5/6 adulti; l'esterno (che per noi ĆØ fondamentale) ĆØ ampio e ben curato; bella la piscina (sempre apprezzata, in quanto ci consente di alternare mare e relax). La proprietĆ  non si trova vicinissimo al mare, ma di sicuro ĆØ situata in una posizione strategica per visitare tante bellissime localitĆ  come Locorotondo, Monopoli, Polignano a Mare (in un'ora di macchina siamo arrivati a Matera). Il proprietario Sergio ĆØ stato molto gentile e preciso e ci ha fornito tutte le indicazioni utili per il nostro soggiorno. Il custode, Gianni, ĆØ una persona squisitamente disponibile, efficiente e discreta. Il nostro giudizio quindi ĆØ senz'altro positivo. Sonia

The comfort and accomedies were almoust more than expexted / described in FeWo It is a really nice houese and area. Especially the support of Gianni was excellent, he showed up every day, very friendly, took care of the pool and other things, and helped immedialtely when there was a problem. Relaxing time in a cozy realm
The house is very quiet and you can enjoy the time on the large property to the full. Inside, everything is beautifully spacious and the country-style furnishings leave nothing to be desired. The outdoor area is very well maintained and invites you to move all activities outdoors. The geographical location is absolutely perfect and can reach many sights in less than an hour. A good selection of various restaurants can also be reached in just 10 minutes by car. The sleepy region invites you to go hiking and cycling, especially in the off-season you are almost alone. The remote country roads are also ideal for motorcycling, where you can discover the beauties of the landscape even better. The communication with the owner and the caretaker was always great and we received great recommendations. The only drawback is the energy-saving lamps in the house, the bright light is unfortunately not very cozy. But you can regulate that with a few candles. ;-) Thank you for a time away from the trouble. Greetings from Germany.

Ruhige Lage, sehr schƶnes Anwesen, Gianni vor Ort war immer erreichbar (falls notwendig) und hat sich umgehend um Behebung des Schadens der defekten Pumpe gekĆ¼mmert.
