A lovely gate introduces the looked-after garden and the stone paths of Villa Denise, which leads to the porch and the big swimming pool with furnished terrace. Everything, in this villa, is custom made, with high-quality wood and white linen.

spacious kitchen is tastefully furnished, with dishware and ceramics
from Grottaglie. Under the porch, it is possible to eat luch on the
table made of stone from Trani. The floor in the living room and the terrace was made with colorful marble mosaic, by using a customized geometrical shape.
Villa Denise is a villa characterizerd by refined details and furniture, which come from distant lands, like travel souvenirs, or made by local artisans. In the living room with fireplace there is a stocked-up library, at disposal of the guests. The bathrooms were made with Bisazza mosaic.

Villa denise is large and cozy. It`s on three floors and it`s framed by an equipped outdoor area. The villa opens into a large living room with dining area, open kitchen and sitting area with sofas and fireplace.
The stairs take to the sleeping area on the upper floor, which consists of 1 twin bedroom, 1 double bedroom and a full bathroom. The second staircase takes to the first floor, that consists of 2 bedrooms (single bedroom and twin bedroom) and another full bathroom. In the villa there are 3 bathrooms, two of which with showers.
Villa Denise is equipped with accessories such as air conditioning in every room, parking, washing machine and dishwasher, mosquito nets and wood-burning oven on the porch, ideal for pizza. Moreover, it is possible, upon request, to have hired help with additional fee and the security 24/7.
Villa
Denise has access to the beach establishment L`Angoloino and allows you
to use the five-a-side field, the tennis court and the sailing classes
of the consortium. In the resort square, there is a playground for
children and a movie arena.

Riva edi Tessali, in the heart of a scented pine forest on the Ionian sea, is a consortium village which is well combined with the nature of this tract of coast, in the area of Taranto.

consortium of villas, which is fenced and equipped with a surveillance
and security system 24/7, is accessible only from the authorized guests,
so privacy is guaranteed.
Once you go beyond the entrance of the
villa, while walking on the paths into the forest, you feel free and

- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax is not included in the price and will be applied, where applicable, according to the municipal regulations.
- Mandatory towels fee: euro 15 per person per week to pay upon arrival.

- Pool available from 15th June to 31st August, off season pool's opening has an extra cost of euro 350.
- In case of non-disposal of waste, a penalty of euro 80 will be retained of the deposit.
- In case the kitchen and cutlery are left uncleaned, a penalty of euro 40 will be retained of the deposit.
- One bathroom is external.
- The owner is in charge of the maintenance of the garden and the swimming pool and days and times will be communicated at the beginning of the location.
- Barbecue is forbidden by the consortium guidelines.
