For recreation in the countryside and nature our Holiday House Bellavista - Villa San Romualdo is just the right thing for you! It offers plenty of space and comfort for up to 13 people.

The special feature of the property is the location with an idyllic panorama, in the middle of nature, between olive groves and vineyards where even hot summer nights are always pleasant thanks to a fresh breeze. The cottage is located not far from the center of the village (about 300 m) and is very quiet and rural location, where you can relax and recharge your batteries very well.

You can „walk“ with the sun, so to speak, on the property:
- In the morning you wake up with the golden sunrise over the sea and
- In the evening you sit with a glass of wine in the middle of a velvety sunset spectacle in the Apennine mountains and
- At night … not to mention the stunning starry sky.

The spacious house has 250 square meters with 4 bedrooms, four bathrooms (two with shower), two large living rooms, two kitchens and a magnificent balcony with sea and mountain views.

The vacation house, with a large 350 sqm garden and over 10,000 sqm of land, is often booked by families with children, couples and groups – all guests who want nature, tranquility and freedom for their vacations. The house is perfect for celebrations and parties. The rustic stone and marble barbecue area, illuminated at night, with grill, and wood stove, large marble table and benches, invites you to barbecue in the evening.

The cottage has a large Finnish sauna, pool with massage waterfall, outdoor shower, garden chairs and sun loungers, table soccer, pool table, ping-pong table with rackets and balls, wooden garden table with two benches. Available is furthermore a W-Lan with a 1.000 fiber optic line and satellite TV with Sky (German and English). Luxury marble bathrooms complete everything.

In the village there is a bistrot within walking distance (about 300m), where you can enjoy, among other things, croissants from their own manufacture and drink fine coffees and cappuccinos. Not far from the cottage (about 1 km) is also a good and fine fish restaurant.

Sea:

To the beach of Pineto it is 20 km. The road leads through the medieval town of ATRI, one of the most beautiful towns of Abruzzo. It has a lot of old buildings. The whole interior of the town is built on Roman ruins. In Pineto you can enjoy the sea and lots of fine sandy beaches. Offers such as windsurfing or pedal boats are available on site. Bicycle rental is available on site. Over 40 km of bike paths are available along the beach.

Mountains:

The best way to get to the Appenine mountain range is via Farindola (28 km). On the territory of Farindola, in the Valle d’Agri, there is the waterfall of Vitello d’Oro, a spectacular 28 meters high waterfall on the Gran Sasso. There are many opportunities to actively enjoy the mountains in the nature reserve. Highly recommended is a visit to the stalactite caves with waterfalls in Grotte di Stiffe.
