After several years of city life, we have decided to leave the big city hustle and to get back to our family in order to find a more nature-friendly and greener environment. We have found what we were looking for in the authentic land of the Gironde
Back to our roots, we have chosen Castillon-la-Bataille as our new home, seduced by the hospitality of the local peaole, the good-living atmosphere and the beauty of the landscapes.
After a several months long renovation of the « Wine Not » house, we are thrilled to present it to our visitors. We are looking forward to share all the abundance our region has to offer : good locations, country walks, must-see tours, we will happily share all our little secrets to make your stay an unforgettable moment.
In Castillon-la-Bataille, you will be able to deep dive in the History and attend the famous « One hundred years war battle » in an outdoor show that performs from July to August. You will be able to wander in the typical streets of the city, especially on Mondays during the traditionnal market. Along the Dordogne river, you can also discover the city and maybe go for a canoe ride during the summer.

The apartment is in a privileged location, in a quiet street next to the center and near all the facilites (supermarket, gas station, bakery, drugstore, tobacco shop, and so on)
It is close to Saint Emilion (15 min by car), Libourne (25 min), Ste Foy La Grande (25 min), Bergerac (50 min), Bordeaux (1h).
