Velento Rentals Management Presents
This Velento Resort Penthouse has partial ocean views, a huge swimming pool, and has 3 bedrooms / 3 bathrooms on two floors. The main level has a King bedroom with bathroom, the upstairs has a King bedroom/bath (which can be converted to 2 twins) and a bedroom with 2 twin beds (that can be converted to a King upon request) There are also 2 futons in the living room for extra sleeping space.

There is an open plan kitchen and family room with a dining area and breakfast bar and two sets of sliding glass doors that allow you to bring the Caribbean Sea into your home! Beyond the sliding glass doors is a wonderful over sized deck with seating for at least 8 people. The views are wonderful, overlooking the pool you can see the ocean through the gap between buildings 1 and 2.

The whole unit has beautiful Belizean hardwood ceilings throughout. There is a flatscreen TV in the living room and the kitchen is fully stocked with all cooking utensils that you should need and yes there is a Blender!! We have washer/dryer in the units and a safe for valuables. The bathrooms are all stocked with plush bath and hand towels as well as wash cloths and beach towels. The beds all have 500 thread count sheets and each of the 3 bedrooms are set up with a King in one bedroom while two bedrooms upstairs bedrooms can either be Kings or 2 twins upon advance request. WiFi is free, secure and throughout all the buildings.

There is Air Conditioning in every room however the breeze from the ocean is more than sufficient to keep you cool so we ask that you open the doors and windows and keep our electric bills at a minimum so we can continue to offer you the best prices possible!

The pool is a great size and there are Loungers with padded cushions for you to relax on, the pool is 5 feet deep. In addition we have a beach area with 2 palapas from which extends a 250 foot long dock with a large swim and sunbathing platform at the end and a huge shady palapa. Our previous properties have proven that the dock is our guests favorite place to hang out although the size of the new pool and deck may compete for attention!!
We rent island bikes for $7.50 US per day.
The paddle boards are free! We have toddler carriers and pack n play for the little ones.
We also rent golf carts, recommend to reserve in advance.

Beautiful property, great location on Caye Caulker, spacious & luxurious layout for our family of 6!
From even before we arrived we were treated like dear friends with Irani arranging last minute golf cart taxi rides from the San Pedro ferry port to Velento. The whole team of staff was warm & friendly and welcomed us graciously. The property is even more beautiful than in the photos, lush & flowers everywhere even at the end of dry season. The pier is as picturesque as it gets & we enjoyed reading and sunning on the loungers. My young adult kids appreciated the dock wifi so they could listen to their music out there. Our unit was on the upper floor of the north building behind the pool with the partial ocean view & the view from our patios & windows was stunning. Our unit had plenty of space for us all to be on our balcony or in our living room, or the kitchen or wherever together, and 3 bedrooms/3bathrooms made it nice for sleeping & bathing etc. We loved Caye Caulker & will absolutely return, and when we do we will book a home away from home at Velento rentals!

Always a great experience
This is our 3rd trip at the Velento properties. Consistently clean and well managed. Beds are comfortable, quality linens. Kitchen well stocked. We meet the friendliest people at the pool. We really enjoy the island and the people who live there. Our favorite restaurants are The Pelican Sunset Grill, Hibiscus and The Blue Zen on the north. See you next year. Can’t wait.

Excellent location for a Caye Caulker Stay
This property was fantastic - very well equipped with every amenity our family needed - including a pack n play, blankets, sleeping places for everyone, full AC and a large kitchen and living area. The staff was attentive and helped us out with getting taxis to booking us a golf cart and everything in between. The unit itself is extremely well designed, and every room has its own bathroom which is pretty important for a family with many kids. The location is also very close to the main beachfront street and we were able to get around very quickly with our golf cart - although for a couple or all adults, walking would be easy enough. Highly recommended!

Caye Caulker Dream
Our stay was amazing! The property was beautiful, clean and Nazle and team took care of all our needs from arranging taxi to local recommendations to day trips to Xunantunich, Cave Tubing and fishing. Our family enjoyed the pool, palapa, food and relaxed pace of the island. You can literally walk or bike anywhere on the island. We will definitely come back and stay.

This is a lovely house outside of town and somewhat walkable to everything. We had 2 couples and 4 kids and there was plenty of room for everyone. The 2 couches pulled out to make a huge bed. The property managers were easy to connect with on what’s app. For this price, they should include basic toiletries and laundry detergent.

This was the perfect place to stay. From the property to its amenities, I could not rave about it enough. The staff here was super helpful. They even scheduled our covid tests for us. The beach is amazing and You can rent bikes and use the paddle boards for free. The condo was clean, comfortable and everything we needed. I would definitely be back again.

Caye Caulker Stay
The property is exactly as described and the booking and follow up from Tim was simply, straightforward and very easy. After Tim connected with us the site manager, Nazle, got in touch and let us know the basics how to get to the place, gate pass codes etc and arranged a taxi to pick us up at the airport for the 5 min drive down to the house. When we arrived Nazle showed us around gave us some great info on the Caye. The house is very well stocked with everything you need to have a relaxing visit, including house and pool towels, AC, fans, TV (we didn't use it) microwave and all the other pieces you use on a daily basis. The local team do a great job of keeping the building and all its surroundings very well kept and clean. They clean all the area on a daily basis. The family spent time swimming in the pool and enjoyed it. We also spent some time each evening down on the private dock just lounging on the sun beds taking in the night sky, tremendous. The town center and split is only a 5 minute walk, use the beach path and take advantage of the constant breeze and wonderful views. You can't go wrong booking this property.

Open concept with w/d and huge kitchen fully stocked...or management provided whatever was needed. Air conditioners in all main rooms (bedrooms, living room, dining room). I mistakenly thought we were getting beach front however that was not so. I just guessed from the picture but misinterpreted that. There are units 1 and 3 that are top level and are beach front and have three bedrooms each. Units 2 and 4 are bottom level, beach front, and two bedrooms each. Then there is a pool behind these 4 units. After that, there are units 5 and 7 which are the top levels in each of the buildings behind the pool. They have three bedrooms each. These 2 buildings seem to be taller than the front two buildings...just means more stairs to get to the upper levels for accessing units 5 and 7. Good to know if stairs are difficult for you. I assumed the stairs on the front two buildings were dictative of the stairs that we would have for our upper unit only to find that our upper unit was in the back building which was taller and had way more stairs. At least they were even stairs. Units 6 and 8 are on the lower level of these back buildings and are two bedrooms each. Management provided sand toys for playing at the beach (like a bucket and some shovels). Bring bug spray to keep away the sand fleas, however. The sand fleas weren't terrible but just annoying. Overall, a good stay. I would stay here again! Oh and Selvin was a wonderful taxi driver on Caye Caulker. He did not take advantage of us and even treated us like family...even had us over for dinner to his house one evening! He always came when we called him on his cel and was very flexible to our needs. He is the "go-to" guy for Velento's taxi needed but he does not work for Velento. He is an independent taxi driver on Caye Caulker.
