Room was good for the price.
The room had good air conditioning. It was clean. Beds were made and the floor was clean. The only problem I had was the shower didn’t have a shower curtain. Don’t know why anyone would want to steal it, but it had none. I would go to this hotel again. I had it for a night and it was safe.

For the age and quality of room, I would expect to pay half the rate we paid. It was older, bare bones, toilet *kinda* flushed, kinda not. The front desk person was MIA when we checked in just before midnight . When he finally showed up he was nice and helpful. It was nice that there was a mini fridge in the room, and the breakfast was fine.

Staff was rude at check in. The room we were given was still under going a remodel so baseboards weren’t on and there were holes everywhere. Very little water pressure at the sink when you would use it. We couldn’t even secure our door since there was no chain or anything other than the deadbolt which opened with the door knob. The food was beyond horrible. Wasn’t warmed up and tasted like plastic.

When we arrived, was told check in was at 3:00 (we arrived at 1:30) but if I wanted to pay $25.00 I could check in early. I said no, I would wait. Then the young man asked if we would take a room on the 2nd floor, I said that would be fine. Received the key, went to the room. At the bottom of the stair case, was some drywall and paint cans, went into the room and my husband went to the bathroom, he said the lid on the toilet was broken. . I went back to the office and the front desk said they would put us in a different room. Went to that room and the key wouldn’t work. Went back to the front desk and he said he would have someone come and fix the key. Left for our meeting was gone two hours came back to the front desk, different man was there and tried to explain to him. He said he would give me the main key to get into our room. I told him we just wanted our money back and he said he couldn’t do that because we had gone through Expedia. The room floor boards were ripped out, looked like there was some construction going on. We left about 9:00 o’clock to come home. Would not book to stay there. If you can reverse the charge on my CC that would be great. Thanks

First of all, the pictures on the web do NOT match the "quality" of the rooms. Staff was nice enough - but breakfast was stale w/ very limited options (opted for the Denny's across the street). Room was VERY dated and somewhat clean - no baseboards, no door lock on front door, shower still had scum and showerhead was almost completely crusted with scale. Overall room quality definitely made us wonder about the how clean the beds/sheets were as well. Not a great experience at all. Do not recommend unless you have no other options.

Filthiest Hotel Ever
1. When walking into the lobby, it's obvious it is used as a storage area with Duct tape holding the carpet where it has been worn out abd torn. 2. The exterior stairs going to the second floor are rusted where the pai t is worn off of the stair treads and handrail. 3. The door frame of room 222 is out of square and i had to use my shoulder to bump the door open. 4. Once the door was open, the deodorizer/perfume was overwhelming. 5. Further observation yielded multiple pet stains surrounded by dirt in the knap of the carpet. 6. I put my bag on the table and went to use the bathroom to find that the e tire rim of the toilet was covered with dried urine. 7. The shower surround had 1inch hes in it where there used to be a handrail. I assume these holes which could be repaired allowed moisture to enter promoting mold growth between the surround and the wall structure. 8. There was a dusty discarded television set setting on the floor against the wall. 9. It appears that the carpet had never been cleaned or vacuumed and dust was on the discard television and on other surfaces. 10. I slept with my socks on so my feet would touch the filthy carpet. 11. My wife found this room on Hotels.com and was told there was no refund or i would have walked out immediately after opening the door. 12. I did not start my next day with a shower because of the filth in the room and will NOT stay here again.

Friendly staff, good location. Continental breakfast ok, but could be better. Hot tub not working atm and could be better if it would open before 4 pm. Overall, enjoyable stay.

No ice, beds were bad, had to prop bath drain to open for drain no bath mat inside tub granddaughter walking on floor barefoot turned feet black that’s disgusting !! TV had to get fixed by mgr. sink. Stopper disconnected No one at front desk in am. No base board no night stand between beds. The air conditioner worked well. No tissues Milk empty in breakfast. Been on road for 10 days this is the highest price and the worse place we have stayed.
