Hotel was pretty good. Clean and well maintained. The breakfast staff was amazing. Very attentive and helpful. The front desk staff was almost non-existent. Every time we went by the desk no one was there and took multiple bell rings to get someone to come up.

It was convenient just off highway 15, noisy though, beds were very comfortable, that’s all we needed. Food at the restaurant was better than any Mexican food I’ve had in Mexico.

This hotel is basically a typical roadside inn with no frills. We mainly stayed as they allowed pets with a small fee. Our room was dirty and had an unpleasant smell, probably from previous pets. There was a decent restaurant in the hotel which was convenient after a long drive.

It was a good spot to stay in for someone needing a place to sleep for a night. It was a little further away from the parts of Zion I wanted to explore, but the drive to the northern parts was under an hour (not a fault of the hotel). I had accidentally booked the room on the wrong date initially but the hotel receptionist was patient while I made the modification on the 3rd party site and was prompt when I was ready to check-in. The door to my room did not close fully unless you really put your weight into it, which was mildly unsettling for me as a single female solo traveler. I was glad I brought my door jam to use. There was still a large gap in the door after closing, maybe just needs new seal around the door, that caused a little draftiness. The bathroom and vanity space was HUGE and I loved that. The bed and pillows were comfortable.

This is by far my favorite hotel Cedar City. I stay here at least four times a year. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Staff is great and friendly. Easy parking and right off the freeway.

The room had not been cleaned very well. The walls had what looked like boogers on them, there were spots on the carpet that you could tell had been un-vacuumed because you could see piles of dirt, the folding table next to the TV had crumbs still on it and the bathtub had hair in it along with shower grime. We asked for an extra blanket for the fold out couch and after waiting 2 hours I had to go to the front desk and ask for it where I waiting for the desk clerk to go and grab one for me. We tried to swim but the pool as closed so we thought we would sit in the hot tub, but there was no way I was going to get into that mess. It was disgusting. Overall the hold facility was just unclean. The breakfast area was the only highlight. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Made sure you had what you needed.
