This charming property is located just across from Canyon Park, boasting breathtaking views of the iconic red mountains from a private deck accessed through sliding glass doors.

Inside, the bathroom features elegant custom tilework, double shower heads, and thoughtful, luxurious touches. The bedroom offers a plush queen-size bed with soft, inviting pillows, ensuring a restful night’s sleep.

The living room is designed for ultimate relaxation, with an 80-inch smart TV and an electric reclining couch that feels like sitting on a cloud.

Step outside, and you'll find the paved walking trail at Canyon Park just a stone's throw away. Stroll along Coal Creek while soaking in stunning views of the red mountains and embracing the serenity of nature.

House Rules:

-Leave your fancy footwear at the door – let’s keep things clean and comfy!

-Please squeegee the shower glass doors after each use – it helps keep them sparkling.

-No leaning on the railings – safety first!

-Parties, events, drugs, and smoking are not allowed. A $500 fee applies for smoke removal – we mean business!

-Unregistered guests are a no-go. Maximum capacity: four people.

-No eating in the bedrooms, please – crumbs belong on plates, not sheets.

-Quiet time begins at 10 PM – let’s keep the neighborhood peaceful.

-Wash any dishes and take out the trash before checking out – we appreciate your cooperation!
Report any damages promptly. Costs beyond the security deposit may apply.
Pet Rules:

-Furry friends are welcome for $35 per pet per day.

-Pets must remain leashed, and please avoid letting them roam into neighbors’ yards.

-Excessive pet hair on furniture or blankets may result in extra cleaning fees.
