Do not book this hotel
The first room we were given at check-in, had a ceiling tile laying on the floor and the room smelled wet. We then quickly realized the pool and hot tub were out of service. We were given a new room in which I found a used bar of soap and used shampoo bottle in the shower I was also, surprised to find out that the bed had a huge dip in the middle of it. The room was cool but no means cold for being at 65°. on our second night We arrived a little after 7 o’clock in our room was mildly warmer and increasingly got warmer as the evening continued finally at 9 PM. I went down to the desk and requested some sort of maintenance. They didn’t have a maintenance man on staff so they quickly moved us into a new room after getting the thermostat set, and started on the new room. We realize that this room was exponentially warmer than our first room at this point we decided to suffer out as we did not want to move to a fourth room on the property. I would never recommend this to anyone.

the pool was closed, we were told breakfast would be served from 6-10 am but both days there was no breakfast at all, crumbs all over the table in the room, the bed was uncomfortable, the counters were stick, and used soap was left in the shower. GROSS

Very rundown property. Visited twice in the span of a month. Revolving main entrance out of commission on both visits. The pool was closed the second visit. Limited staff. No one at desk as they are typically off doing other jobs. Huge lobby and dining area but no amenities to go along with it, and they don’t want groups just sitting down there. Ceiling tile in our room caved in due to leak on second visit. Low price, but you get what you pay for.

The room I was given had a window that faced the parking lot and the parking lot light shined through the window all night. The window only had sheers and the drapes were just for show. They can't close. Other than that I enjoyed my stay there.

Rooms are a little outdated, but clean. The bed was comfortable. The shower pressure was amazing. Downfall was that there was no continental breakfast; they offered a breakfast buffet for $14.

Horrible experience
No housekeeping the entire 4 day stay. I had to go to the desk to get coffee pods and cups. Continued to request housekeeping to no avail. Had to ask for fresh towels. On checking in was sent to room that had not been cleaned. Back down to desk for another room. Very slow computer to find a room. Would never stay here again. Rooms very dated. Furniture must be 40 years old.

Whole hotel Needs updating. Pool was closed. Carpet in room was very old and dirty. Breakfast was low quality for the price. Breakfast staff Mary was the highlight of our stay, she was so sweet and accommodating. The accessibility was good for my mother, which is why we chose this hotel. The beds were very comfortable.
