The lobby was nice, but the room smelled the second we opened the door. Mold on the air conditioning unit. Water in the bathroom was brown. Someone tried breaking into our car overnight. I wouldn't recommend to anyone.

Get the hell out - Crack place
Pulled in with a bump waiting infant of facility. Broken glass doors walking towards room. Guy sitting drinking beers in the walkway. When we opened the drapes there was a mom breast feeding her baby on a bench with her husband doing crack. We got the hell out of this place.

The TV did not work. We told the front desk and they were supposed to fix it but it did not happen. One of our towels had stains on it. I asked for replacement towel and I was told there were no more towels. They gave me pool towels which I was ok with. The pool area had no towels.

Started off with checking in about 9 PM and it seem like they were running a daycare with little kids running around and it seemed that the reception person was watching these kids and took a long time to have somebody show up at the desk as I was waiting. Then we did not have enough towels for three people, and I was only able to get one additional towel. The TV didn’t work. I was told to unplug it and plug it back in Which did not do anything. The telephone did not work. It would get a dialtone, but none of the buttons worked so could not call down to the lobby we Were in room 403 but the place was two stories and it was very confusing about where the room was causing us to have to walk around the place for several minutes before we found where our room was. The next day they take out our garbage, however, the wet towels that we left in the bathroom were piled on the bed, which was not made. And when we returned at approximately 10 PM the next day, they were out of towels, other than one again, making us very short for towels for the amount of people in the room. There is no working ice machine. There was no toilet paper in the bathroom and every time I had to ask for something I seemed like I was putting them through a disposition

My husband booked the stay because it had decent reviews. I had a late flight into the city and got an Uber to the hotel. When I drove up to the place it looked old and run down. I went into the lobby and it looked even worse. I went to the room and saw roaches everywhere. That did it for me

First off when I got to room, housekeeping had not cleaned the room, unmade bed, towels on floor. 2nd room, had no internet, couldn't watch tv, their password didnt work, couldnt use my phone. Refrigerator had no freezer compartment. Toilet paper holder was half off the wall.

The first room that I was given had a toilet that had not been flushed; when I tried to flush it, I discovered it did not work. The TV also did not work. I was moved to a different room, which was worse. There was a large puddle of water on the floor, mold in the refrigerator (which smelled awful), a TV that did not work, broken and overloaded outlets, and dead bugs on the floor of the bathroom. I asked for a refund of my money and left to find another hotel.

Check in was great staff was welcoming. Never saw her rest of the time and the rest of the staff was standoff-ish. Things felt run down just doing enough to get by. Nothing was updated. Had a singular towel rod edge installed in bathroom not the full rod held with 2 end caps. Just 1 end cap.

There was very long periods and time where the guy at the front desk was not there. The showerhead was about 5 1/2 feet tall. I’m 6 foot four and my key card would not allow me access to the exercise room that was included in my stay.

Wont stay again
Very few channels worked on the tv. We asked at check in how late the pool was open...but than later that night found out the pool was actually closed, this was not convenient for a family with smaller kids. Very little food for breakfast. Outside was littered with cigarette butts.
