Fantastic apartment, spectacular views
The apartment is modern and well kept. The views from the terrace are spectacular and really made this place stand out. Both Luca and Stefano were welcoming and helpful and we could not recommend this place enough.

Lovely apartment with fantastic terrace and view . Luca was extremely kind picking us up from the station and taking us back at the end of our stay. It is a hike into town and to the beach and hot going up all the steps but worth it for the view.

Great stay in Cefalu!
Now I understand what a “superheat” is. Luca went out of his way to make our stay enjoyable. He picked us up at the train station, gave us numerous recommendations, and was very available with any questions/requests we may have had. The property was lovely! Very clean, and With an amazing view. We enjoyed the work into town where the beach, Only 10 minutes away or so… Close to restaurants and supermarket. Quiet and peaceful, Good nights sleep! Would definitely recommend.

If you are looking for an amazing rental this is the place! Great location - about a 1km walk to beach and Centro. Luca and his brother are the perfect hosts - they are the best! We really enjoyed our stay and made sure we were back every night to see the amazing sunset from the rooftop patio! We will be back! ❤️❤️❤️

Fantastic penthouse apartment in beautiful Cefalù.
Our stay at Luca'a apartment was an absolute delight. As a host, he went above and beyond to ensure we had a thoroughly enjoyable experience. Luca's warm welcome and thoughtful gesture of providing local pastries set the tone for our visit. His invaluable tips and insights into the area truly helped with our exploration of the surroundings. The penthouse apartment is a gem, and the stunning views in all directions are even more breathtaking in person than portrayed in the photos. Waking up to such panoramic vistas was a treat every morning, and the sunsets were incredible. We left with cherished memories and a longing to return to beautiful Cefalù. Luca's hospitality and incredible property have made it our desire to make this a repeat destination. An undeniable experience that we cannot recommend highly enough.

Luca and Stefano's apartment is lovely, and they were great hosts too. Luca got us cakes as a welcome gift, and gave us loads of tips for our stay. The views are as good as the photos, if not better, and the walk to the old town and the beach is really manageable (even during the heatwave we had during our stay)! We will definitely come back!

Fabulous getaway
First and foremost, Luca and Stefano are two extremely pleasant, gracious and helpful hosts. They alone made our stay enjoyable. Their place provides stunning views of Cefalu and spectacular sunsets. The unit is well equipped and offers everything you need. It is a bit of an uphill hike from the beach/old town, but we enjoyed the exercise. We look forward to staying here again in the future. Great Terrace and View!
Great apartment overlooking Cefalu town and beach! An easy 10-15 min walk to old town and even shorter walk to really nice grocery store and beach. The walk back to the apartment is uphill all the way, but we loved the exercise. Owners are quite nice and do speak English which helps with check-in and out.

We absolutely lucked out by choosing this place. Stefano and Luca are the sweetest hosts and the view from the place is truly breathtaking. We were two mid-20s women traveling alone, the hosts were extremely accommodating (helping with move in and move out, and giving us great recs) and super responsive on whatsapp. The place was clean and had everything we needed. This is an absolute gem especially given the price. Book this place!!!

Wonderful views from a great apartment
Host was amazingly communicative and ready to do anything to help. I wish I had communicated more before arrival to check on some of the simple unknowns. The apartment is very clean and had everything we needed. The views are amazing, with wonderful uninterrupted panoramic sunsets from the veranda. This does come with a small cost - a short walk with several flights of stairs to get to and from town. We managed it each day with our confident 3 year old and a buggy - but something to be aware of if you're less capable. Would recommend.

We had a lovely time staying at Luca and Stefanos apartment. The views from the property were incredible from every angle. We really enjoyed eating outside at the table and chairs that were provided, and having barbecues with the barbecue provided. It was helpful to have a washing machine and the air con was essential. Everything was as the pictures promised. Luca was very helpful in giving us advice on what to do and where to go in and around Cefalu. We hope to be visiting again soon.

Excellent location especially if traveling by car with reserved parking space ,and by walk minutes away from center, excellent views , clean and property owner was helpful . Just a small note that should be improved is that the owner should provide white linen not dark coloured linen

Great apartment in a lovely neighbourhood near an excellent bakery, butchers and fruit shop. The walk up the hill from the beach was not as far as it first might seem and the view from the incredible terrace was more than worth it. Luca was a kind and considerate host and if we go back to Cefalu we will be staying here again.

Fabulous views
Well equipped flat in good location. Beautiful Italian light with terrific view of La Rocca and the harbor/ old town / beach. It's a hilly place so if you walk everywhere, only wear good shoes. Luca and Stefano were great hosts and quite helpful. My husband enjoyed a hike around La Rocca with Stefano as his guide. Having a car was definitely a plus and parking was no problem at the flat but it is tricky in town. The wind and breezes above town are sometimes scary and usually delightful.

Everything about this stunning property is excellent. Even down to the facilities for cooking, everything you need you could even cook a roast if you so wished. Nothing was any trouble for Luca who explained everything to us on arrival. He contacted me prior to arriving in Cefalu and picked us up and dropped us back at the train station. Even when we had a power cut when I contacted him he was there within a few minutes. We will definitely be returning hopefully next year.

Great little gem
We had a great 10nights in this appartment! The view is splendid, watching the sunset every night or having a nap on the shade in the afternoon! We didn’t have a car but the walk to the beach is only 8mn walking. Yes the way back is quite steep with some stairs but it’s not that bad, plus it’s a good exercise! Very near by there is a great butcher with quality meat and cheese and olives! Supermarket are near by too but we ended up buying what we needed one day at the time on the way from the beach, Deco is a nice supermarket. Cefalù is 10mn a way and is very charming. Also Luka is probably the best host we had! He is kind and will make your stay in of the best you never had! Follow his advice, he knows what he is talking about regarding food and places to eat! Absolutely wonderful!

Perfect place and location to spend the half term with family
We were so pleased to have opted for Luca’s apartment. It’s beautifully located and has everything a family needs away from home. Luca was a superb host; really welcoming, helpful and reliable. Luca’s love of Cefalù (and Sicily) was obvious when we met. He even went through the trouble of presenting us with some of local sweet treats (very delicious) and water in the fridge at our arrival. I would not hesitate in recommending the place but more importantly Luca who was a genuine person and a pleasure to meet. Grazie mille!

Sweet apartment in Cefalu.
We enjoyed our stay here in this apartment. It was clean but sparsely furnished. But it had all the necessary appliances, etc. The brothers who owned it, Stephano and Lucca, were so nice and accommodating. They even picked us up at the train station and took us there when we left. This is an apartment for someone fit, though, as you have to walk up a lot of stairs and hills to get to it, as it is high up in a neighborhood, somewhat close to town. We didn't have a car so we carried up food and water everyday. We definitely got our exercise. There was construction going on next door which might bother some people but we didn't mind. The view from the rooftop deck was spectacular, watching the everchanging skies and clouds.

We had a wonderful two week stay at Luca’s apartment to start our month long holiday in Sicilia. Our host was very kind and generous. Greeted us with some goodies to start our stay. The views from the corner room of windows is spectacular. The bed was very comfortable for sleeping. Always had a hot shower. Had to use the heat for unexpected cold spell during our stay and it worked great. It was a short ride to many beautiful beaches. The umbrella, a picnic lunch and our beach chairs made for a great day. Lots of shopping and people watching along the beaches and historic part of Cefalù.
