A beautiful villa, located on the hillside if Cefalù with beautiful views on the way up and down
Monica and Ottavio were gracious hosts! They greeted us and gave us instructions the villa was well equipped with all the necessities they made sure we had water juice, even fresh figs and plums from trees in the villas garden we highly recommend this property. Thank you Monica and Ottavio

House with lovely view
We found the house perfect for our three generation family. Clean,modern,comfortable,well equipped and lots of space. You definitely need a car and need to be brave driving the mountain road. (My daughter wouldn’t do it!) We loved Cefalu and the beach, although it was very crowded. We also enjoyed some dramatic thunderstorms. Monica and Giuseppe were attentive hosts. We appreciated them waiting till 1.00am for us to arrive. (Thanks Ryanair) and the delicious goodies in the welcome pack.

Splendid modern villa with stunning views
A lovely modern property set in its own garden with dramatic sea views left and right. Spacious accommodation, stylish interior. Set on a mountainside a few km from Cephalu with a spectacular car ride up to it. Within easy reach of Palermo. We went by train from Lascari where we could park easily. Thanks to our kind hosts for a lovely stay

Spacious Villa
This villa is spacious, spotless, well equipped and very private. It was a great location for exploring the Madonnie Parc by bicycle. Our hosts were very gracious and accommodating. The only drawback is that a car is absolutely necessary. The town of Cefalu, cafes, restaurants and beach are a 3km to 5km drive away.

Tolles Haus, super Lage!
Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in dem Haus von Monica und Ottavio. Sehr freundliche, zuverlässige Vermieter. Die Lage des Hauses ist perfekt. Eine Ruheoase abseits des Trubels und dennoch ist man in 10 Minuten in Cefalu oder am Strand. Das Haus ist toll eingerichtet, sonnendurchflutet und man hat von fast jedem Zimmer den Blick aufs Meer. Alles was benötigt wird, ist vorhanden: Küche komplett, Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine etc. Wir würden es jederzeit wieder mieten.

Tolles Ferienhaus
Ein tolles Ferienhaus, das perfekt ausgestattet ist. Selbst Verbrauchsmaterialien, wie Geschirrmaschinen Taps, Spülmittel usw. waren vorhanden. Die Einrichtung wirkt neuwertig und ist sehr sauber. Unter dem Vordach auf der Terrasse kann man perfekt Frühstücken und hat dabei einen tollen Ausblick. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und stehen bei Fragen jederzeit zur Verfügung. Wir können das Ferienhaus uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Traumhafter Urlaub
Unser Aufenthalt war sehr schön. Die Villa liegt herrlich. Schade ist nur, dass es keinen Kleinbus gibt, der annähernd diese Richtung fährt, so war man immer auf das eigene Fahrzeug angewiesen war und sich nicht splitten konnte. es ist schon eine ordentliche Strecke bis nach Cefalu. Die Gastgeber waren sehr nett und jeglicher Kontakt oder Infos haben sehr reibungslos geklappt. Sie sind beide sehr bemüht, es einem so schön wie möglich zu machen. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und hat den Austattungsmerkmalen entsprochen. Vermisst haben wir tatsächlich nur eine Schere, eventuell eine etwas größere Auflaufform und ein paar Haken für die vielen Handtücher im Bad wären das einzige, was wir zur Verbessrung vorschlagen würden. Insgesamt ein traumhafter Urlaub. Wir können es nur weiter empfehlen.

Wunderschöne Villa oberhalb von Cefalu
Wunderschöne, großzügige und top ausgestattet Villa auf ca. 300 m ü NN gelegen. Absolut ruhig gelegen mit traumhaftem Blick auf die Küste. Monica und ihr Mann holten uns in Cefalu ab und begleiteten uns zu der nicht ganz einfach zu findenden Villa. Sehr netter, unkomplizierter Kontakt. Sehr zu empfehlen und gerne mal wieder.

Vacance Cefalu
Une location pour les amoureux de la nature. Très belle villa conforme à la description. Belles décorations, beau jardin avec un patio ombragé. Voiture indispensable. Propriétaires très accueillants et attentionnés. Les excursions près de la villa, dans le parc de la Madonie sont magnifiques.

Ho soggiornato in questa proprietà con amici nel periodo di ferragosto, che dire, tutto al top! Casa bellissima, nuova e tenuta molto bene, proprietari molto disponibili, gentili ed accoglienti, zona perfetta per le nostre esigenze, casa un po' in collina ma a 10min di macchina dal centro di Cefalù, in zona fresca e molto ben arieggiata, perfetta se vi piace il relax! In compenso vicino c'è la vita di Cefalù e tutte le spiagge della zona! Consigliato!

Perfekter Ort mit Meeresblivk und Ruhe
Das Haus von Monica ist einfach fantastisch. Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit auf Sizilien. Die Ruhe, die Berge und der Blick aufs Meer waren einfach phänomenal. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und lässt keine Wünsche übrig. Wir waren froh, dass es eine Klimaanlage hat, weil es im Juli auf Sizilien doch sehr heiß werden kann. Monica und ihr Mann sind sehr sehr lieb, der Check-in Vorgang war völlig unproblematisch und am Ende hat uns Monica sogar noch eine cannelloni-auflaufform geschenkt, in die wir uns verliebt hatten. Alles in allem kann ich sowohl das Haus als auch die Gastgeber wärmstens empfehlen. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Ottimo soggiorno, in un contesto, seppur isolato dalla città, ottimo per trascorrere la vacanza in tranquillità. La casa è molto ben attrezzata e ben curata, con un giardino che gode di una vista meravigliosa. Il centro cittadino è comunque raggiungibile in breve tempo in auto: nel complesso si tratta di un più che ottimo compromesso

Oase der Ruhe
Wer die Seele baumeln lassen will, der ist hier bestens aufgehoben. Ins Zentrum von Cefalu oder an den Strand gelangt man in 15 Minuten. Das Haus bietet allen Komfort, die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich, aufmerksam und entgegenkommend. Wir werden wiederkommen !

Très belle location
Belle location dans un environ très calme et un très beau site. Logement spacieux, extrêmement propre, confortable et bien aménagé. Tout a été bien pensé pour qu'il ne manque rien. Accueil également très agréable et facile de communication. Petit bémol accessibilité un peu difficile et un peu éloigné de Céfalu mais largement compensé par la qualité de la location.

Liebevoll eingerichtetes Haus, wundervolle Aussicht...Erholung pur!
Zum relaxen und Entspannen in einem schönen und sehr gepflegten Haus. Die Besitzer sind sehr freundlich und bei Fragen stets erreichbar. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub dort. Im Haus fehlte an nix und es war sehr sauber. Das Bett war sehr bequem und die Klimaanlage von Vorteil. Das Essen auf der Terrasse war stets ein Vergnügen...der angenehme Wind dort und die Sonnenuntergänge waren traumhaft. Würden immer wieder gerne die Unterkunft mieten. Danke an Monica für den üppigen Frühstücks- und Obstkorb, der für uns bereitsrand. 😊💗

Séjour très agréable à seulement 10 minutes en voiture de l'agitation et bouchons de Cefalu. La maison est parfaitement conforme aux photos, hyper calme, très bien équipée et ultra propre. Super pour un séjour en famille. Accueil très agréable des propriétaires. Je conseille: - la superbe spiaggia salinelle, à à peine plus de 10 minutes de voiture - le charmant village de Cadtelbuonno - et évidemment Cefalu, malgré les bouchons du mois d'août

Une belle maison avec une vue magnifique (sur les hauteurs, donc un peu éloignée de la mer), la propriétaire parle français et a laissé quelques attentions a notre arrivée : panier de fruits et gateaux. A recommander vivement.

Sehr gepflegtes und großzügiges Anwesen das mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet ist. Besonders die hervorragende Klimaanlage haben wir im Juli sehr zu schätzen gewusst. Die Gastgeber waren sehr herzlich und für Fragen oder Probleme jederzeit erreichbar. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Tolles Ferienhaus mit wunderschönem Blick!
Wir (2 Erw., 2 große Kinder) haben hier eine tolle Woche verbracht. Das Haus ist ruhig gelegen und hat alles, was man so braucht. Man erreicht mit dem Auto in ca. 7 min. das Zentrum sowie den Strand von Cefalú. Cefalù ist definitv einen Besuch wert. Außerdem bietet Cefalù durch seinen Bahnhof auch die Möglichkeit, Städte, wie Palermo oder Messina mit dem Zug zu besuchen. Großes Plus des Ferienhauses sind auch die sehr netten und freundlichen Vermieter, die uns persönlich und mit einer Vielzahl kulinarischer Aufmerksamkeiten willkommen hießen und jederzeit zu erreichen waren.

Magnifique maison sur le hauteurs de Cefalù
Nous avons passé 5 nuits dans la maison de Monica et Ottavio. Ils vous escortent à travers les collines qui surplombent Cefalù (voiture indispensable) et leur accueil est des plus chaleureux, (petits cadeaux de bienvenue : fruits, biscuits). La maison est magnifique, claire, très bien équipée (belle vaisselle, canapés en cuir, climatisation dans le séjour et la chambre parentale, moustiquaires). Et puisqu'on est sur les hauteurs, il y fait 2 ou 3 degrés de moins qu'en ville, ce qui est très appréciable l'été. Le charme de cette maison, combiné à celui de Céfalù et à la gentillesse des propriétaires fait que ce séjour restera un excellent souvenir.
