Peaceful Lakehouse with Amazing Grand Lake Views

Enjoy this newly updated inverted house which is nestled in among the trees overlooking a fabulous view of Grand Lake St. Mary's. You can enjoy lake access right outside your door or stay in and relax by the fireplace and enjoy the views.

This is a three story property with the garage, bonus family room, kitchenette and full bath on the first floor. Walk up one level to the 2nd floor living and dining area, as well as the kitchen and laundry room. A half bath and large Master Bedroom with en suite Master Bathroom are also found on the 2nd floor. A favorite room of the house is a screened in porch tucked between the trees which overlooks the lake.
The 3rd level features two bedrooms and a full bath. There is an oversized bedroom with a king bed and and a queen bedroom with a walk out balcony in the tree tops on the 3rd level.

The home is tastefully decorated and complete with smart TVs and Wi-Fi access in all the rooms. The kitchen is fully stocked and ready for you to prepare your favorite meal or you may also choose to grill outdoors. A foosball table, cornhole boards and bicycles are available as well as many board games to play during your stay. Always a relaxing time soaking in all nature watching and lake views this property offers.

The house was beautiful and stocked with all of the essentials. Check-in was a breeze. Checking our requirements were well communicated and sensible. Some rentals are demanding with check-out procedures...not the case here. Access to the water was. a huge plus. The lake is beautiful...perfect for kayaking, fishing, taking out a pontoon, etc.

I was a little concerned driving to the property because of all the mobile homes - but was pleasantly impressed with the rental. The home is beautiful! The decorative style is pretty. It bright and welcoming. Perfect for a family. The view from the backyard is amazing. Especially at sunset. The homeless has everything you need - just remember to bring shampoo. 😊 We will return.

Beautiful location on lake with great view. Karla’s home excellent in every way. Comfortable, spacious and stocked with everything you need. The LR with gas fireplace is warm and cozy. Saw 2 bald eagles the first morning. Highly recommended snd we have stayed in many Vrbo rentals. One of the best. Thank you, Karla.

We had a great time at this lovely property. It is a spacious home that still felt warm amd cozy. It is tastefully decorated, very well-equipped, and immaculately clean. All the furniture, decorations, and amenities are top notch. I've stayed at alot of short-term rentals that look like they were furnished from garage sales and thrift stores. Not this one! This one is first class all the way. We didn't ask for anything. Amd Karla left us some nice treats to welcome us. Very sweet. There were only 3 adults total in our group so we had way more than enough space. We could have had twice that number of people and still never would have felt crowded. I wish the weather had been warmer so we could have enjoyed the great screened in porch and other outside spacees. I highly recommend this property and will be back.
