Well appointed house in excellent location
This was an excellent property for a party of 12 adults ranging from 25-86 and two dogs. Exceptionally well appointed, the outside eating and cooking areas especially. Great fun making pizzas and memories!

Excellent in every way.
The house was absolutely fantastic. So comfortable in every way. Very well equipped and clean. So much thought has gone into what is needed. We had towels and robes provided for the pool and hot tub. Two families shared the property and it worked perfectly The outside areas were outstanding. The pool was perfect and the hot tub too. Philippe was great and answered any questions we had. We had a fantastic time and thoroughly recommend this property. You will not be disappointed!

Le Clos de la Bodice holiday cottage
Nous y avons sĆ©journĆ© avec deux familles, une de 8 personnes et une de 6 personnes. Beaucoup de chambres et de salles de bains disponibles. La maison est en ordre jusque dans les moindres dĆ©tails et est parfaitement Ć©quipĆ©e avec les appareils les plus divers. La piscine et le jacuzzi sont entretenus quotidiennement par le propriĆ©taire. Les tables rondes avec leur surface rotative sont idĆ©ales pour sā€™asseoir Ć  la table avec autant de monde, excellente idĆ©e! Excellent emplacement oĆ¹ les enfants ont passĆ© un bon moment et donc leurs parents aussi. ;-) We stayed there with two families, one of 8 people and one of 6 people. Plenty of rooms and bathrooms available. The house is in order down to the last detail and is excellently equipped with the most diverse appliances. Swimming pool and jacuzzi are maintained daily by the owner. The round tables with their rotating surface are ideal to sit at the table with so many people, great idea! Excellent location where the children had a good time and therefore their parents too. ;-)

Nous avons passĆ© un excellent sĆ©jour dans cette trĆØs belle maison, trĆØs bien Ć©quipĆ©e et confortable, avec de belles chambres. Le jacuzzi est trĆØs spacieux et agrĆ©able, et nous avons pu profiter de la belle piscine privĆ©e en extĆ©rieur malgrĆ© un temps mitigĆ©. La localisation Ć©tait parfaite pour ĆŖtre au calme et Ć  courte distance des chĆ¢teaux de Cheverny, Chambord, Blois, et autres chĆ¢teaux et activitĆ©s. Nous recommandons!

The pictures haven't been updated -- so be assured the rooms are comfortable and nicely decorated. The house is large, and airy -- its also well laid out, so as two families we were comfortable and relaxed The Pool is a nice size and Garden spacious and safe The kitchen is well equipped and able to cater for 10 and more

Walker Family stay - August 2019
We stayed as a whole family, 2 grandparents, 6 parents/aunts/uncles and 4 small children. This is a wonderful large rustic property in a beautiful area of the Loire valley, close to Blois and many famous chateaus. For our family of 12 the 7 bedrooms, large dining/living room and large BBQ and shaded outdoor dining area were superb. The pool, table tennis and many different outdoor seating areas were perfect. Our 3 and 4 year olds started swimming by themselves (with arm bands) for the first time! We used the many bikes - this property is actually on the "Chateaux a Velo" route! A lovely holiday, we would go again.

Nous avions choisi le Clos de la Bodice pour nos 50 ans de mariage, nous Ć©tions 8 adultes et 7 enfants enfin des grands. GĆ®te super bien Ć©quipĆ© tout est de tres bonne qualitĆ©. Un spa super luxueux 8 personnes, piscine chauffĆ©e. Literie trĆØs bien avec du joli linge . Nous avons vraiment envie d'y retourner pour une autre occasion. Et bien entendu nous recommandons fortement ce gĆ®te. PropriĆ©taire trĆØs aimable, disponible et discret.

Tout est fait, pensĆ© pour passer une parenthĆØse enchantĆ©e : la maison a un charme, tout est propre et dans le dĆ©tail : des serviettes moelleuses et brodĆ©es, des draps repassĆ©s, 2 frigidaires, un jacuzzi immense, une piscine immense, une cuisine trĆØs bien Ć©quipĆ©e, un four Ć  pizza, un grand barbecue, une grande plancha, des grands canapĆ©s, des grands lits propres et trĆØs confortables, un salon extĆ©rieur sous un chapiteau, 2 tables rondes avec plateaux tournants, des transats, table de ping pong, bac Ć  sable pour les enfants... Cette maison est pensĆ©e pour recevoir. Au calme, au propre, tout est parfait pour passer un sĆ©jour idyllique entourĆ© de ses amis et famille. C'est rare de trouver autant de qualitĆ© dans un seul gite. Merci Philippe pour votre confiance et d'avoir "fait" cet havre de paix pour vos hĆ“tes. Lorsqu'on est dans le jardin, on est apaisĆ©. TrĆØs belle propriĆ©tĆ©, vraiment conƧue pour le nombre de personnes annoncĆ©es (piscine immense, mobilier de jardin nombreux, etc.). Le propriĆ©taire est trĆØs rĆ©actif et disponible. Cā€™Ć©tait un trĆØs bon sĆ©jour. Le seul bĆ©mol Ć©tait le fond de cuisine un peu light Ć  notre goĆ»t, mais cā€™est vraiment en dĆ©tail Ć  cĆ“tĆ© du reste et de la qualitĆ© des prestations.
