It was a fantastic stay with everything within the reach! Great views of the river and the castle with the city centre a few minutes away. We stayed over Christmas- staff was supportive, helpful and very friendly. Jana at the front desk was very very helpful and nice! We will recommend this hotel strongly and hope to come back again! Excellent location! Staff was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was great. Our only issue was with the Expedia amenities description where it stated in two places there are “laundry facilities” and “laundry service” is also listed separately. They do not have self-service laundry facilities and they said their laundry service was not available on weekends. We were on a long trip and we were really counting on the laundry facilities and that was a major factor for why we chose this hotel. Parking is quite far away in a public lot—we were capable, but some people might not be able to haul their luggage that far. I recommend calling ahead for parking instructions. The location is the best—everything is walkable from here. We got some great photos of the castle from our room.

Great location at the center of the down. Easy walk to major attractions. The room is clean. Free breakfast. All are excellent! If you drive by yourself, note that you need park outside the town and walk into the property (about 10 minutes walk)

Beautiful room on the fourth floor. It had a separate entrance area with a door on the left to a large bathroom, the door to the right had the bedroom area. This area not only had a comfortable bed but a couch with coffee table as well as another table with two chairs. It is set on the corner so two windows with views of the castle and the river. Just lovely. The breakfast buffet also had a lovely spread.
