Had a wonderful time, friendly and helpful staff. Very good service at Noriku and Auma restaurants. The elevator opposite the steakhouse needs some urgent attention though. All in all, had an awesome time!

Concierge didn’t want to help us making reservations or booking from our room we had to physically go to the desk! Also we tried to go to elite tours in house and they were very rude and completely dismissed us and said they didn’t have time for questions simple said here’s a pamphlet I can’t give u any answers. When we told the front desk nothing was done not even a sorry or anything he just stared at us ? Also booked a bike tour and we were at the meet up point 20 min before the time. And no one ever showed up and to top it off the last day there one of the staff member on the beach kept trying to take pictures w us we felt weird said no thank you and then he started recording us while in bathing suit!

Very poor service, no management(everyone is manager there) but the actual manager Felix moved to Hilton Cancun , but they kept saying he is not in the office, not friendly with gluten allergy, disclosure my person information to the other family, the staff a trained how to lie not how to work, we were moved in 4 rooms in 1 week everywhere smells pee just the governor suite was clean and no smelling, food/drinks are very warm, food is acceptable nothing wow, they don't clean the beach for one week a lot of trash everywhere, power off so many times, the A/C stopped working in the middle of the night in one of our room ,you have to wait for you diner at least 1,5 hour. poor entertainment, the buffet area needs a lot of renovation, always was a issue in the lobby bathrooms no soap/toilet paper . THE HOTEL IS NICE BUT IS RUINNIG, THE REST IS HORIBLE.

Great location, fantastic food and beverage options. The staff was very friendly and well trained. Our pool waiter Javier was phenomenal and very attentive. Gabriel at Cocomare was fantastic and Jamie / Sergio at Mexcal gave us great service too We did a tequila tasting at the resort and Angel the mixologist did a great presentation Service like this confirms that we will be back
