Lovely spacious 3 bedroom apartment with garden views of Mont Blanc and Les Drus

A lovely spacious apartment available to rent as sole occupant in a chalet style building with stunning views of Mont Blanc from the south facing private garden. Excellent location in a quiet cul-de-sac in the traditional village of Les Praz de Chamonix.
The apartment is within a few minutes walk of the Flégère lift (only 400m away) which provides fast access to alpine walking, climbing and skiing.
In the summer you can enjoy walks to amazing spots like Lac Blanc which claims to be famous the world over for its reflections of the Mont-Blanc Massif in its clear waters. Keep an eye out for ibex, marmots, eagles and some amazing flora.
In the winter, enjoy skiing in the fantastic south facing Flégère and Brévant ski area or there is easy access to the incredible Grand Montets ski area at Argentière which is served by an excellent bus service and is only ten minutes by car.
The Golf Club De Chamonix golf course is also only 500m away and a short five minute walk.
Les Praz de Chamonix, where the apartment is located, offers various bars, shops, and restaurants. There is an excellent bus and train service and the apartment is only a 5 minute drive or 30 minute walk to the centre of Chamonix.
The apartment has a large open plan lounge with kitchen and patio doors into the private garden. The American style kitchen includes oven, hob, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, fridge freezer, and plenty of crockery and cutlery.

Summer in Les Praz de Chamonix

Had a lovely time in this very nice apartment which was very well situated for the amenities in Les Praz, and also next door to the stop on the valley train line. Everything as described and apartment well equipped and clean with nice towels and bedding. Many thanks

Chamonix trip

The apartment couldn’t have been better for our family of four. Each of my boys had their own bedroom, the kitchen was more than adequate for our needs and the views were stunning. It was a pleasant 30 minute walk into town along the creek. If we come back to the area I would definitely book this again.

Spacious ground floor apartment, with parking virtually outside the door. Well equipped in the kitchen. Fabulous views out the apartment. Plenty warm enough - electric heaters. One radiator to hang clothes on to dry (in bathroom). Cosy place to stay for ski trip.

Fantastic apartment in great location

We had a really good stay whilst over for the UTMB events. The hosts were fantastic and really helpful, especially when we had travel difficulties. The apartment is very well appointed, plenty of space and comfortable beds. The train station is next door and local buses also very close, good local resturants and easy access to the wonderful trails leading to the mountains.

The house has an amazing views. Some of the kitchen utensils were not clean, as well as not enough kitchen paper. Also in all the pictures looks like there is a barbecue but is no part of the house.

Séjour agréable aux Praz

Nous avons passé un séjour agréable dans cet appartement en rez de jardin. Il est possible d'aller à pied à la Flègère, ou de prendre le bus ou le train (la gare est juste à côté) pour se déplacer vers les autres parties de la vallée. L'appartement est confortable, fonctionnel et parfait pour une famille avec 3 grands enfants. La communication avec le propriétaire et la personne en charge de la gestion de l'appartement sur place est fluide et efficace.

Super gelegen!

Die Zimmer und Betten sind prima und eignen sich bestens für 6 Personen. Parkplatz war vor der Haustür und mjt der Bahn ist man in 5’ in Chamonix. Zum Skifahren braucht man auch nur 5’, die Küche ist gut eingerichtet und die Aussicht ist super! Lässt also garnichts zu wünschen übrig! Wir fanden es perfekt!
