Casa Delfino is thoroughly delightful! The owner and staff are warm and welcoming and cannot do enough for you. Accommodations are beautiful, luxurious and very comfortableā€”the setting charming. Breakfast is delicious. We feel lucky to have found it!

Casa Delfino is a beautiful hotel in the heart of the old city. Convent to walking, dining and shopping. We stayed at the hotel in November, during the off season and so it was quieter. Breakfast was spectacular and the staff were fabulous.

Excellent location in the heart of Santorini. However, do not try to drive to it as it is an accessible and you need to find a distant place to park a car before bringing bags up to the hotel, which is on a walking path.

Each employee did everything they could to make our stay most enjoyable. A special thank you to three front desk manager, Elena, Chrissy, and Maria. Each spoke very fluent English and had all the answers to our questions and requests.

This property was located right on the harbor and easy to access night food and night life. Staff was incredible. Property was beautiful. I would recommend this hotel to others visiting Chania. Really great hotel!

I canā€™t say enough good things about Casa Delfino! The location, staff, and facilities were all excellent. Before arriving to the hotel I was able to easily set up airport transfers and book a rental car through the hotel. Once we arrived the staff was so friendly and professional. They recommended restaurants and made reservations for us, they gave us tips on where to sightsee, and whenever we needed to get to our rental car, they drove us in a golf cart to their private lot so we didnā€™t have to walk. The location was perfect, super walkable. The room itself was lovely. And the cherry on top (literally) was the stunning rooftop that had gorgeous views of the harbor and city. 10/10. 5 stars. Would recommend.

Great hotel with super responsive staff. It was a little challenging getting around Chania with my 82-year-old mom but they helped us with golf cart rides. Breakfast was nice and the balcony is gorgeous (with elevator and a flight of steps). Margarita was so friendly and told us all about the family history of her hotel. It was a treat to be there.

The service was great, staff were very polite and helpful. Expensive accommodation though for what you get. The old section had no lift which makes it unpleasant to walk up and down when you are on level 3. Their advertised parking is not onside as they are located in the old town but they have a buggy which they can take you to their car park.

Terrifically charming hotel. Staff were beyond friendly and provided excellent service. Very clean. Only thing lacking was an elevator, but it worked out ok. The charm of the hotel was worth the stay.

Wonderful!!
Wonderful staff, very attentive and caring. Room was incredible, we stayed in a 2 story family suite with a king bed, 2 twin beds and 2 full bathrooms. Breakfast was fantastic. Very central location in old town Chania. Would definitely stay here again!
