Fantastic Property with exceptional property manager
We stayed for one week in July/Aug and had a fantastic time. The house is very clean and tidy with a great set of facilities, particularly for children (cot, high chair, stair gates etc). The pool is definitely the highlight at it is very well maintained and is heated which means it can be used for the whole family. Geanina is an amazing host who responds promptly to requests and is really helpful in making your stay perfect. There is a good supermarket (Intermarche) within 10 mins drive and also an amazing patisserie and boulangerie (Aux Co'Pains Gourmands).

Quiet countryside luxury
This is such a special place. The location is very quiet and beautiful but the home and pool are the standout stars. Considering the age of the property, we expected it to be very clean but not pristine. It became a joke that we couldnā€™t find one inch of the property that wasnā€™t utterly spotless. The couple are lovely and the home has everything you need even with young children. They made us feel very welcome. Thank you for a beautiful holiday.

Beautiful home
Beautiful home in a lovely tranquil village. The house was so clean and well equipped with everything we could possibly need. The pool was probably the cleanest we have ever had on holiday and was so much appreciated in the hot weather. The location was great, within easy reach of Paris and Le Mans and lots of interesting nearby villages. The hosts were really friendly and very helpful.

Perfect family getaway retreat.
Beautiful house in rural France, located in the peaceful village of Chapelle-Guillaume. Geanina met us on arrival to give us a genuinely warm welcome and show us all that the house had to offer. Fantastically equipped kitchen, numerous areas to sit and relax both indoors and outdoors, and the great pool. There's a large garden which overlooks fields and woodland, perfect for evening BBQs. There's a small town about 6km away, with a supermarket and a couple of boulangeries. All in all it's the perfect place for a relaxing escape away from it all. It looks good in the photos, but even better in real life. Thanks Geanina for a brilliant holiday.

Nous avons passĆ© un agrĆ©able sĆ©jour pour trouver de la dĆ©tente et du repos dans ce gĆ®te au milieu de la campagne percheronne. Le gĆ®te est trĆØs bien tenu, bien Ć©quipĆ© et spacieux pour 4 personnes. La terrasse est trĆØs agrĆ©able pour les repas en famille avec une vue sur la campagne et le jardin. La piscine est assez spacieuse et propre et bien chauffĆ©e. Cā€™est un vrai plus de ce gĆ®te. Merci aux propriĆ©taires pour cet agrĆ©able sĆ©jour.

Nice house and beautifull garden and pool
The house is great with lots of space, big kitchen and livingroom. Nice play areas for the kids. Everything is clean and up to date. Outside is the very beautifull garden with private pool and terras. The location is very quiet, but the small town not so much to do. Supermarket by car is approx 10 minutes

Nous avons passĆ© un merveilleux sĆ©jour chez Geanina, ils ont Ć©tĆ© arrangeants sur nos horaires d'arrivĆ©e et dĆ©part, tout Ć©tait trĆØs propre, trĆØs bien rangĆ©, la maison Ć©tait idĆ©ale pour 8 personnes, entre amis. Nous avons Ć©galement bien profitĆ© de la piscine chauffĆ©e et du barbecue. MĆŖme quand il pleuvait, il y a un espace extĆ©rieur Ć  l'abri. Nous avons passĆ© un trĆØs bon sĆ©jour en famille et avec des amis dans cette maison Ć  la fois dans son jus et moderne. Tout y Ć©tait fonctionnel et bien dĆ©corĆ©. Petit bĆ©mol sur les Ć©chardes sur le solarium en bois pour les petons de nos enfants ainsi que sur la literie pas trĆØs confortable et lā€™Ć©glise toute proche qui sonne toutes les heures ainsi que les matines Ć  7:00 du matin mais cela ne nous a pas empĆŖchĆ© de passer de trĆØs bon moments. La maison est Ć©quipĆ©e de tout le nĆ©cessaire et Ć©tait propre. La cuisine est spacieuse et rĆ©pond Ć  toutes les attentes. Le salon dispose dā€™un grand canapĆ© dā€™oĆ¹ six adultes peuvent facilement regarder la tĆ©lĆ©. Lā€™acces Ć  Netflix et Disney, avec votre propre compte, Ć©tait dĆ©finitivement un plus. Le jardin est entiĆØrement clĆ“turĆ© et notre chien sā€™est amusĆ© comme un petit fou. La piscine est chauffĆ©e et ne nĆ©cessite aucun entretien pendant le sĆ©jour. IntermarchĆ©, boulangerie et boucherie sont disponibles dans le village voisin. Environnement agrĆ©able avec de belles promenades pour se dĆ©tendre complĆØtement dans la nature. Le contact avec les propriĆ©taires a Ć©tĆ© cordial. La rĆ©ception sā€™est dĆ©roulĆ©e sans problĆØme et de maniĆØre amicale. Nous serons heureux de revenir ici!
