Pick somewhere else to stay!
There was standing water in our room, the ceiling was falling apart, and the beds were so uncomfortable. Plus the pool was dirty looking and smelled badly. I would not stay here again.

The elevator control room was so loud it kept us awake all night long. The property is old and the airconditioner was loud and not at all efficient. It was close to airport and did have a free shuttle which was nice.

Property was great and staff was friendly. Room was worn, but in OK condition. AC in common areas were broken, but staff had plenty of fans, moving air around and making it as pleasant as possible. There window between the shower and bedroom (not so frosted) glass was weird.

I mean it’s what you expect from a 3 star. I usually do not like housekeeping but even that was a mission. Getting towels and toilet paper was difficult. I stayed there 10 days and it’s best for a 4 day trip. The towels do not smell fresh and the building is dirty with scratches and stains. It should not be this dirty given it looks like a fairly new construction.

The work on Saturday around noon was rude and unprofessional we needed ice and they didn’t have any made up so we asked how long would it be she then said I need to make some up for my platinum customers first but there was no one waiting for any she was just unprofessional in my opinion

The room was much more sparse than I expected, and felt unfinished…like the walls and ceiling needed another coat of plaster and paint. I get the ‘urban loft’ vibe that some hotels are going for now…this was not that. The bathroom only had 1/3 roll of toilet paper, and no spare rolls. Inconvenient for multiple females. And with no phones in the room and no housekeeping, we were on our own. Also exactly 2 towels in a room with 2 queen beds, so technically could sleep 4. It’s not 2020, we’re not stealing your 1 ply toilet paper.

Aloft is always a good choice. Unfortunately, the staff was not interested on opening the bar for service. After asking for a cocktail, they told us the bar manager was not available to served us. We did see multiple employees hanging out..... Maybe next time.
