We stayed at this property five times over the past few years. We recently stayed there a few weeks ago and this property is just rundown. The hallway, the stairwell, the rooms themselves are filthy. All of the rooms and the hotel smells like must and mold we had to change our room because of the mold, smell and the room we changed into wasn’t much better. The front desk staff, although polite and nice don’t follow through with what they say they’re going to do. There’s no communication between the person there and the person coming in the replace them. The breakfast went from an 8 a few years ago down to a 3. They did away with the hot oatmeal. They did away with the bacon. They did away with the hard-boiled eggs. Everything is basically microwaved and thrown on the table. The only thing we did like were the make your own waffles, they can’t keep up with making coffee because they have the small coffee urns for everybody downstairs who is having breakfast I had to ask to replenish the coffee three times and people were just waiting. That was our last stay at this hotel. The parking was OK

3 night stay for a quick beach vacation. Had good interaction with front desk at check in. Housekeeping kept my room clean from all the sand that follows you from the beach. Only negative was no hot water in the afternoons but by morning was just fine. Great location for souvenir shopping, going to dinner next door, even had a manicure pedicure all within walking distance. Does it need upgrades? Maybe. But I will stay again!
