No hot water the entire time, reportedly it was looked at twice and "working" but the whole hotel was lacking. Originally reserved room, king, was given away, ended up in a double room, which was partially turned over on arrival (one bed stripped and sheets/etc on a chair), keycard and garbage from previous occupant still present, no washcloths in or near bathroom, bathroom light non-functional.

I stayed here for 2 nights and each day when I got up to shower in the morning, there was no hot or even warm water - it was chilly cold water at 8 and 9am! The temperature dropped that week/weekend so a hot shower is an essential start to the day! I let the water run for abt 5 mins straight and no change - called the front desk to inform of this both days. I had to take a cold wash-up at the sink both days and go bcs I had meetings to get to. The bathroom floor, bath tub, and sink had lots of long curly hair on them so those areas werent properly cleaned either - I informed the front desk of this also - I was told Marriott would reach out to me but I have received no communication or compensation yet...

Hotel is a dump
We were supposed to get breakfast with our package. The hotel cancellef breakfast. Breskfast people never showed up. Elevator was in disarray. Room tv did not work. Room had stains all over the rug. I have been using hotels.com for many years. We want your organization to get a refund from this hotel.

I don't usually give reviews, especially negative ones. I've been staying there for business approximately once every 3 weeks. There's always an issue. For the last few months it's been regular coffee in the rooms. The coffee they used to serve downstairs it was free was actually worse than what was in the room. Now you have to go down and buy Starbucks if you want regular coffee. Otherwise you have to deal with bad decaf in your room. Not sure why they can't buy regular coffee packets for the room for those of us that don't want to go downstairs in the morning to get their coffee.

In the midst of renovations. Water temp fluctuations in the middle of the shower. Great fluctuations in the thermostat temp all day. Limited T.V. stations. Very weak and NO wi fi.
