We were on the sixth floor, and the second day of our stay we were not able to shower in the morning due to a loss of water pressure. tried to call guest services and no answer. All other services seemed to be normal.

The experience was excellent. The only downside was at 10.30 at night, there was soccer playing in hallway. The following night a young man thought it amusing to knock on doors and run away. It was same group of guys. I reported it to the front desk when we checked out, as she asked about our stay.She apologized and said they would talk to the guests., as there were others who mentioned it. The service and food at restaurant was very good. We will definitely return. The staff was outstanding.

The hotel lobby was attractive and the woman who checked us in was kind, but for the price we paid for our room, I was underwhelmed by our experience. The room was not very big. Our TV kept fuzzing out every few seconds. After pointing this out to the manager at the front desk we were eventually moved to another room. The second room we were moved into was nice enough, but the TV wasn’t connected to the input box. So we had no picture and no sound. It took my husband 15 minutes of pushing buttons on the TV (because it didnt have the proper remote control) to fix the issue. The bed was comfortable so we got a decent night sleep, but when I went to shower in the morning, I noticed the water pressure was kind of weak. Half way through my shower, the water completely stopped running. I ended up turning off the shower completely and after 20-30 seconds it started running again - but it was a little frustrating to say the least. Overall it was an ok experience but I don’t know if I would choose to stay there again.

3 rooms - 1 broken, 1 with weed, 1 with bugs
Hey we came to Charleston for our anniversary and ended up having a terrible experience with what should have been a top quality hotel. I am a Hilton member and always stay at Hilton hotels but this trip has me reconsidering, if this is how you manage hotels. We showered and settled in and then ended up having to pack everything back up and move to two other rooms (the first had a broken bed and broken tv and the second smelled like weed) and finally settling in one with which we weren't happy, but just ended up going to sleep, despite the cockroaches crawling on the chairs and the wall. the assistant manager said they couldn't refund our $200 for the room(s), could only give us points on our account. The points won't even cover another room rate for future use. Overall, as a member and a frequent customer, I'm very unhappy with the hotel but even more with how it was handled. Not sure we'll be back.
