Property was great. Clean, tidy and staff were super friendly and helpful with loads of info that we might need when we checked in. Arrived early, but luggage storage was not an issue and they called us as soon as the room was ready. Room was great with loads of space and good facilities. Hotel was right across from the bus station so super easy to catch one of the three free loop buses to good all around the main part of town. Breakfast was good, enough choices, your own fault if you left hungry. Definitely recommend this place.

Our room smells like Mold and musty. We tried to be transferred to a different room but was told no availability and front desk lady is not friendly at all. We stayed 3 nights but they were not able to even accommodate us to transfer to a different room the next day. My BF is highly allergic to mold and he had hard time breathing and we discussed that with them but they didn't seem to care.

The property is clean and has an air of old fashioned southern hospitality. The room was large and clean. The bathtub had some water damage around it, but it didn’t look dirty, just old. The staff was warm and welcoming and offered suggestions for food, a drive, and some good places to site see. Overall, it was an excellent stay.

From the counter staff to housekeeping, this trip was excellent. Having my Delta flight cancelled was a nightmare but thankfully I rested well at this property.

The location was great and the people who worked there were nice. The hotel itself is in need of some work. Just our room had definite water damage, interesting smell, and bathroom didn’t seem the cleanest. Found a few surprises as well that we didn’t enjoy. Again , staff was friendly and great location.

Great place to stay for a long weekend! Close to everything or within walking distance. Right across the street from the free shuttle hub that goes all over the city. Beautiful pool & nice staff.
