Studio Apartment (2nd Floor) - Beautiful professionally decorated studio 2nd floor apartment fronting on Broad Street in Downtown Charleston, South Carolina. Finishes include heart pine floors, marble surfaces, clean white look with a crisp splash of color, high-definition television. Although on 2nd Floor, stairs are a gentle climb with a short stretch of stairs with two landings. Also includes 2 bicycles, beach chairs and a cooler.

Really nice place in a GREAT location (hence, the higher price). The Studio was exactly as described and Kit was very helpful. Overall, a fantastic stay. One suggestion: the first floor room where the bikes and lawn chairs are located is a hazard (uneven floors and loose boards) and should be rectified before someone trips and falls.

The studio was perfect for our 2 night stay. The Broad Street location is quieter overnight yet walkable to anywhere you may want to go. Kit is very responsive and provides all you need for your stay. Great visit!

This stay was excellent! So close to everything. We walked everywhere. They also provided good coffee, plenty of showering necessities and umbrellas. There wasn’t one thing we needed that wasn’t there. They also let us set our bags in the room while we explored before checking in. Just great service!

Gem of a Charleston find
What a great stay! The location is stellar, in walking distance to everything in historic Charleston but also a few streets over from all the crowds. Kit let us store our luggage when we arrived early and the place was spotless. Price was better than every other hotel in the area. Would recommend to any friend in Charleston!

My daughter and I were there this past weekend and had a wonderful time. The weather was perfect and we enjoyed how everything was within walking distance to almost everything we wanted to see and do. Folly Beach is just a short car ride away. So many good restaurants, too!! Great place to stay and convenient to so much!!

I came into town for my daughter’s 21st birthday. She attends CoC and I wanted to be close, but still have my own experience while she was in class. This was the perfect place! Cozy and well appointed with everything I needed; within walking distance from shops and The Blind Tiger pub across the street. Bikes were available if you didn’t want to walk around and explore. I will book again for my future trips.

Downtown historic district
Convenient, clean and comfortable This studio apartment was right in the district we wanted to explore and had everything we needed. I would like to have used the bicycles but time did not permit! The laundry facilities were new and conveniently placed in the building. Parking was a concern but actually not a problem at all...just pay attention to street signs!
