Beautiful, modern condo located right outside of the city! Just a short drive to downtown Charleston, Isle of Palms, Sullivan’s Island, the airport & only 5 minutes from I-26. This is a newly renovated, up-to-date condo in a quiet little neighborhood. The space is fully functional for 4 adults. The unit unfortunately is NOT child friendly. There is a community pool that all guests will have access to for the duration of their stay.
This is a 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath condo that has been recently renovated and is in a safe convenient location. The first bedroom has a king bed and the second room offers a double bed. The upstairs bathroom comes with blow dryers for each room as well. As for the living space the couch does not pull out. There are 3 flatscreen TVs which all offer Netflix (with your sign in) via ROKU, two are voice commands. There is a fully stocked kitchen with all essential items, fireplace & hi-speed WI-FI.

This is a “ no shoes” home.
One assigned parking space.
Trailers, boats, buses, commercial vehicles displaying logos and RV’s are not allowed to be parked on premises.
A $200 per pet fine if in unit + damages and cleaning.
10p quiet time inside/outside.
No pets, parties, or “gatherings” allowed.
The unit is set up with necessary amenities but not replenished during your stay.
