Don’t choose this Hotel.
This hotel really needs some work. They didn’t have enough towels and wash cloths, the ceiling is falling apart, it feels moist in the air, reeks of smoke, linen was filled with old spots, showers sealant leaks, doors are broken. This hotel needs renovations badly. We will NEVER stay again.

As a solo female, I felt unsafe and uncomfortable in this hotel. I was there for less than an hour and left, when calling back on Monday because that’s when the front desk associate told me to do to receive a refund. I was told that I spent the whole weekend and made no complaints. I chatted with multiple associates on the Phone and the website on the phone Friday, Saturday and Monday and have evidence of the complaints that were made and the time I left the hotel.

The area left something to be desired but the interior of the hotel was lovely and the staff were incredibly helpful and kind. Our room and the hallways upstairs smelled of animal urine and had a few viable stains but otherwise was decorated nicely, felt clean and was in good condition.

The displeased feeling started from I entered the establishment there was no hospitality. I had to wait about 20mins before being attended too. Once in the room I had to go back down to have the room changed, as it was dirty and smelt of cigarettes although no smoking was permitted. Cleaning staff had an attitude when asked for more towels as we were 3 in the room. They did change my room it wasn’t the best but better than the first. The following morning I did go down to part take in the breakfast which was horrible food was stale. When I got back to the room with my food a cockroach came out and was on my food. The last straw was that my last 2days at the facility they had no towels available although we could clearly see the full parking lot. This was by far the worst experience I’ve had at a hotel/motel. I feel that the rating for this establishment was very misleading and so were the pictures used when booking. I strongly believe I should be compensated in some way as I had high expectations.

Very subpar hotel to say the least. WiFi wasn’t great at all, TV didn’t have many channels that I was looking for. I had to go to a bar to watch a basketball game. The bed sheets weren’t clean either. I would not recommend staying at this hotel.

Overall the hotel was adequate. However, it wasn’t very accommodating when we asked for some more pillows and a cart to help carry the baggage up to our room on the 3rd floor. (Especially since we are traveling with someone who has a broken leg.) I know it’s not their fault but I didn’t get the vibe that they really cared.

Was an okay stay. Nothing mind boggling. Was a little upset with the staff member at night on our second night as he was more focused on taking personal calls and not at the desk. I stood there for a solid 5 minutes before he finally showed up, and again was no where to be found when we ran out of toilet paper overnight.
