Great place! Only negative is the fold-out bed for the third person is against the king bed. Had to climb over family members to get in and out of bed. Not good for us ā€œsenior citizensā€. Please advise this on the website for people in the future.

Great hotel for the price. Further away from Charleston but easy drive and very close to airport. Beds were comfortable, room big and clean. Air conditioning machine was very loud. Pool small but clean. Hotel would do with some updating but overall we were happy to stay there.

The place was nice but our check in experience was not great. The girl couldn't find our reservation even after showing her our email confirmation. She originally was like there is nothing I can do for you all while my husband and I stood there with 2 children under 2. We asked her to look it up multiple ways and she couldn't find anything. The issue was the ' in our last name. I am still disappointed in the quick response to just say she couldn't find the reservation but overall the stay was good.

I think the staff at the desk was Angela, and she was super helpful and nice! Our room was huge! It was all very clean. We walked over to the outlet mall and there are several restaurants close by.
