This is a beautiful hotel and has great amenities including a pool table and board games! The bed was comfortable though the pillows could be plusher. Now for the bad, the front desk staff seemed to hate their jobs. I’ve always heard of southern hospitality and this ain’t it. The staff was curt in their responses, unfriendly, no smiles, and we called the front desk twice to request an extra towel- they give you two towels in a double queen room where there were three of us. We never got the towel and had to use each other’s wet towels to dry off after showering. I’m disappointed in the lack of great service. We travel quite a bit and this was a bittersweet stay.

Very Nice Hotel
Loved the hotel, location was convenient, and staff were friendly. Since we were driving into town, they allowed late check-in with no issues. The food options could be improved and the pancake maker was not reliable (automated is not always best). More fruit would've been appreciated. We requested a room clean and towel re-stock that was missed, but they were ontop of things the next day. One elevator was out of service, but it wasn't a major issue. Overall, I would recommend and stay again.

I was upset because I found the pet fee a bit abusive, especially since I was traveling with a support animal. It was a very unpleasant feeling to pay practically the same amount as my daily rate at the hotel for my support animal. Otherwise, the hotel is nice and clean. Thank you.

Everything was clean, quiet and efficient staff was very friendly. Rooms were clean and efficient. Very stark and bar take exit 21 on the lefte. Very minimalistic a exitnd cold feeling. Not for those looking for warm and fuzzy but still clean an and a half milesd n left onto Broad Streeteat.

The atmosphere was so pleasant, especially in the evening when everyone gathered in the lobby for family and friends. It was so warm and welcoming. The furnishings were so comfortable and colorful. I'm hooked on TRU. Loved it!

The hotel was quiet and staff friendly and professional. The rooms are clean and small. Smart tv was great. The breakfast was hot and tasty. The area is off the highway was not attractive, so if you’re looking for a view, stay elsewhere. Otherwise, it was great.
