Top-notch hotel for business travel
Excellent room. Quiet and clean with good air-conditioning during Charlotte’s high heat. Room and bathroom are small but very well organized. Low water pressure and loose toilet seat were minor issues that were resolved. Pool was closed. The hotel staff is extremely friendly and responsive. Location in Ballentyne is very convenient to numerous restaurants, grocery and drug stores. Terrific for a solo business traveler or for a family willing to take more than one room.
