Construction going on and wasn’t informed before I booked it. No elevator and I was on the 3rd floor. We needed someone to open the side doors to get back to our room :(. Just horrible!!! Breakfast promised was a grab and go bag, LOL!

Horrible experience. I booked 2 nights but left after first night, even though it was nonrefundable. Woman screaming & yelling in hallway at midnight. Fire alarms going off at 5am, twice, NO lightbulbs in any lamp/light in room. Very strong paint smell, AC didnt seem to really cool room, just old, worn, trying to renovate. Maintenence guy blasting his music from his phone in elevator with us, almost comical, Elevator smelled HORRIBLE and was so gross. I've never been so happy to leave first thing in am.

When I searched for pet friendly hotels on Expedia, this property was listed. It turns out they were not pet friendly and were forced to leave. We were given a second floor room with a broken elevator. The only way to access the stairs was from the outside of the property and through an emergency exit door that had to be manually opened and then locked. Also, both our key cards had stopped working within 5 minutes of us getting them. Our dog and cat were locked in the room and then even the card the security person had didn’t work. This property is straight up ghetto and avoid at all cost

the TV was extremely difficult to use. while there was numerous channels to view, it was hard to find the actual channels cause you had to scroll. the only channel we wanted was Fox so we could watch the Euros. and Fox was not available. The only other huge dislike of the hotel was the fact that there was no ice machines. not on any floor. I understand they are renovating but that seems like a standard of a hotel, especially of you are going to provide an ice bucket. I did like that there was a fridge and a microwave in the room. staff was very friendly and welcoming. the only reason I gave the area around the property one star was because I have never been so aggressively approached by homeless individuals. I work with this demographic and have never seen folks come right up to your car and knock on the windows. definitely not the hotel's fault at all, just happened to be in that area.

This is a standard basic hotel. The rooms on the first floor were outdated with no usb ports and outlets were far from the bed. The shower was also kind of gross with flies in the sink area. But it did what it needed to do—a place to stay last minute, under $100. The bed was fine. Blackout curtains helped.
