I'm pretty glad I didn't get stabbed at this hotel, but the people who worked here were incredibly accommodating and helpful. Half the price of any other hotel with an airport shuttle, but I might just spend the extra money next time.

I did not enjoy my stay at this hotel. It's supposed to me non-smoking, but the smell was evident throughout. The staff person was curt and apparently there is a $35 charge to check in early. There were roaches in my room. I'll be more careful about booking cheaper hotels after this.

The lobby is check in for Ramada AND Clarion! No idea which of the 2 lines is for which hotel. Check in isn’t until 3 pm EXACTLY so the lines were long and confusion high as to which line went to which hotel.. Staff was very good and curious with all of us confused guests.. Rooms very dated, refrigerator didn’t work, ice only in the lobby floor. Beds and pillows weren’t bad.

I didn’t really like this property at all, I’m usually not very picky with hotels, but the front staff was not friendly, we had outlets in our room that were loose and not working so the light kept going on and off. They brought maintenance up to fix it. It fixed it for maybe 20 minutes and then the lights went off again. The room key didn’t work the second day and the front desk didn’t give me a parking pass for both of my nights stay so that was a potential to be towed Yet I didn’t know until I left. The hotel needs some major renovations and the parking was not good, shared parking lots with 3 hotels and it was dark and not lit anywhere near where we had to park our car so felt unsafe.

Upon arrival we were told check in was at 3 on the dot. There were at least 20 people waiting in the lobby to check in when they finally started. I was charged a security deposit twice. The outlets in the room were broken and the one on the lamp did not work. There was black mold along the wall of the bathtub.
