My 75 year old Aunt & I traveled to Charlotte, NC for a family members 60th Birthday party. The carpet in the room was soiled & dirty. The toilet paper holders were Rusty & So Old you couldn't put the toilet paper in the roll. The Bed Pillows were Small like Seat Cushions! Worst hotel I've stayed in IN 20 years!

It was run down. The room showed areas where leaks occurred. Couldn't choose the black out curtains as they were broken & we had a security lamp outside our window. The staff was nice. I mistakingly went into a different Comfort Suites... lobby was easy more inviting & clean. No security plexi and cookies were there, way different vibe. We stayed here as it was close to a venue. I sometimes travel alone...I would not stay here. Was more of aMotel 6 level at a higher price.

Needs an update
Room was musty smelling. The carpet was ratty, the bathroom had a bunch of wear issues and the door looked like someone tried to pry it open in the past. Also pool wasnt open and there was no mention of this on the site. Only positives were it was close to PNC as we booked it due to proximity to the event and the staff were friendly at check in.

Nothing special about this property. The elevator was broken while we were there and they were relying on the second elevator. We got a room with a jetted tub and while the room was about what you would expect, there was no hot water in the tub.. it was lukewarm at best. This applied to the shower as well but oddly the sink has the opposite problem. Always hot water but no cold. Pretty close to a lot of things so the convenience was nice.

This property was very nice. The only problem we had was the pool not being open in the middle of July in 95 degrees outside. The pool was waiting for inspection. You have to request housekeeping, it’s not done on daily basis. This breakfast was nice. If they get those couple of things correct for next year maybe our family will stay there for graduation.

We were just there for one night. It is hard to see the entrance coming in after dark. We missed it twice. Room was ok. Bedspreads were stained, and trim in bathroom needed replacing. It was fine for our needs but wouldn’t want to spend more than a night there.
