I canā€™t complain about the comfort of the room or the quiet. I did get a good nights sleep. However itā€™s clear that routine maintenance is lacking here. Small things like the shower drain did not stay open, curtain rods were sagging, the heater cover was broken. These are small things but show signs that conditions can quickly deteriorate

I didn't like the sign that said park at your own risk!! You need some type of security that patrols parking lot periodically. Lots of drug addicts hanging out and I smelt pot while people standing out near vehicles

The only perk for this property is the location. Outside of that, the place felt dirty and looked dirty. There were stains on the walls, floor, and bedding. The breakfast tasted awful. I wouldn't stay there again and I wouldn't recommend this place either. The staff was kind and helpful.

My car was broken into overnight and a big fight broke out around 3am, scaring my 5yr old. It was back and forth from a couple of rooms and in the hallways. This isnt the hotels fault, I know, but both issues urge me to not stay there again.

So I check in and they say that the power will be down from 1-3 pm.....Keys should still work.....Get back from Gym and elevators don't work, so need to use stairs. NO Emergency Lighting to walk up the stairs.....Most places if power goes out then emergency lights would be all the way up the stairs, because it's a SAFETY Issue going up and down without lights....then later power came back on however no wifi or internet and the young girl at the desk was clueless

Dirty and has bugs
Didnt expect much as this was a cheap place to lay our heads for the night after a late night concert however it was worse then I expected. Not very comfortable, really dirty old carpet, toliet paper holders completely rusted out, shower handle fell off, toliet was rocking away from the wall and better yet bugs! Cheap is one thing, dirty with bugs and a room that is literlly falling apart is another. Would NEVER recommend to anyone.

Check-in was easy and the staff were friendly. I noticed the toilet paper holders were very rusted and the frame arpund the mirror was peeling alot. When I started getting ready the next morning, I noticed a decent sized roach on the wall.
