Great staff in bar area and maintenance. Checkin and out seemed like they could care less we were there. Had a leaky toilet - floor was wet. The solution - a bunch of towels until it could be fixed. Mentioned upon checkout and she didn’t even offer apologies for inconvenience. Just weird not sure what’s happened to service industry. Also we couldn’t get out of the parking garage with our pass - in and out privileges we’re not scanning - so I had to return to hotel to get a new pass. Front desk again did not offer any apology and made it seem like it was my fault. It’s too bad because it’s a great location and facility was fine overall but we won’t be back.

It was comfortable for a stay however the WiFi in the room did not work for us to use streaming services on the tv and the sound went out on it so we could not watch tv that night. However it came back on in the morning. Other than that the room served its purpose.

This hotel is mostly fine. I would recommend it for a work trip or quick stay. It's relatively clean and comfortable. Parking will add $30 a night, so be prepared. If you want breakfast, plan to either go somewhere else or spend another $30 for that. The pool is gross and not well maintained.

Could have been better; temperature regulation in hallways and elevators needs to be adjusted--way too hot; hallways and elevators could be cleaner; walls are very dirty; carpet dingy. Breakfast service was terrible but not staff's fault at all. Reimagine breakfast in a more traditional hotel way. Single service is out. Buffets are in. Overall general maintenance needs to be stepped up for a downtown hotel located in center city. I suggest a bigger maintenance team with a dedicated budget increase. Additionally, kitchen service needs more staff working at one time. Stop understaffing and overworking people.

First room we were given had trash left in the room and a dirty wash cloth left in the shower. Front desk responded quickly had a new room assigned and keys brought to us within 5 minutes
