The staff at the reception area as well as the individuals that supported the breakfast buffet were a professional. One of the three elevators were broken, and the property overall looks worn. Attended a formal Christmas event and their ballroom was nice and spacious as our organizations utilize two of their conference rooms.

Everything about my stay was great. The check in was simple. Dont use the app you will double charged! But the lady at the front desk got it taken ofd right away. The room is nice and spacious. The bed is comfortable. The room was clean. The breakfast was good lots of choices there. The hotel really has everything you need if you dont want to leave. My only complaint would have to be elevators. There are not elevators to accommodate the huge number of guests that stay there and there can be a bit of a wait.

This hotel does not have the same standards as other Embassy Suites I have stayed in. I was charged twice for the room, the late night clerk didn’t wear shoes and never answered the phone, purchased the premier room for snacks and drinks (there was none and we had to go to the front desk and pick up), breakfast was not overly warm, the staff wasn’t super friendly. Just very disappointed with this visit.

Our experience was wonderful from the really nice lady who checked us in and remembered us each day we were there to the clean comfortable rooms to the free full breakfast buffet to the happy hour each night in the lobby. We will definitely stay again

Surprised to see how outdated the establishment was. Sofa in room was unsanitary and in poor condition. Had to purchase batteries for the remote because the hotel didn’t have replacements.
