Room 406 Shower head broken. Was a handicap room, but no way of attaching shower head to holder. Hair dryer did not work Biggest negative - no shuttle to/from airport. this magnifies anxiety when trying to get to airport for flights out.

Clean and comfortable, dining options at the hotel and walking distance. Walking distance to BOA Stadium, we visited NC for the Copa America, and public transportation options available. Art and NASCAR museums also at walking distance from the hotel! Great visit!

Property and Staff were great. Place was clean, food was good at dine in tavern, although when I got a burger to go it was over cooked and some of the order was wrong. Its extremely noisy if you face the blvd, and cares rev their engines etc all night. Great hot breakfast in the a.m., cool little bar not too over priced. All I'd change is the noise from the road and maybe throw up some blackout curtains. Otherwise a great place.

This trip was great. This is a return stay for me because I love the location and the staff so much. They are friendly, they work quickly but don't make you feel rushed. As much as I travel, I get a lot of crappy experiences. I can always count on this property to show up.
