Great time with the family! The pull out bed could use more cushion but Iā€™m sure I couldā€™ve received it had I requested it. The water park is amazing and the food was pretty good.

I will rate this hotel 3.5/5, it is smaller than the one in Dallas, TX, there is no lazy river, bad quality toilet paper, there is no wash and dryer machine in the hotel, early check out time 11 am.

Itā€™s a ripoff for the amount of money we spend on a room here. Room service did not show up after being called twice. After asking staff member questions about how to get around the park, they could not answer our questions because they said they do not know. Great wolf needs to hire staff that know about the park.
