Great Stay In Charlotte!
Brought my wife to Charlotte for an overnighter and chose Hyatt House cause of its walking distance to the venue we were attending. I was very happy with the hotel, it’s staff, and the accommodations. Hotel was right in the middle of town, only two minute walk from the arena. Staff were extremely pleasant and checked us in with no delays or issues. The room was clean, spacious, and everything we needed for the night. I will definitely stay at the Hyatt House on my next visit to Charlotte!

The property itself was nice, clean.but the service was a little off because my TV in the room stopped working. I called the front deck and they said the technician had left for the day, soo what does that mean?? They said they would have sent someone to the room but that person never came.. the next morning i called for towels and face rages they never came 😑...ill think twice if i was there again..

The facilities and staff are excellent, hotel is very clean. My husband and I were walking around looking for a good restaurant and there is a dangerous area full of homeless. Just be careful if you decide to look around.

Convenient location, needs a bit of a refresh
The room was decent and clean. The bed was comfortable. We could hear some noise from upstairs and the hallway. Could use some better sound proofing. The breakfast was good although it would be nice if there were some pastries offered as well. The valet parking, while convenient, was time consuming. We had to wait almost 30 minutes when we got to the hotel before we could get someone to take the car. It also took some time to get the car when we wanted to leave.

We actually were right next door to the spectrum center.And the restaurants are in walking distances

Our room wasn’t thoroughly cleaned, the base boards were filthy and the headboard had grease stains. I didn’t like the our only parking option was valet and they charged $42 a night.
