The room was great. Great staff. However, the only elevators there were being worked on, one was totally closed off and the other was very very slow or not working correctly. we had to wait a long time for elevator service.

Check-in staff was very pleasant and super nice. The elevators were being renovated which limited guests to only one elevator so wait times were a little long when coming and going at busy times. It felt safe but our room just didn’t feel clean. There was some hair behind the bathroom door that I’m not sure how the cleaning staff missed if they were doing a halfway decent job. The sheer window curtain had some stains on it at the bottom that were just plain gross looking. We didn’t touch the curtain in order to investigate, but it looked like smeared blood or chocolate, which gave the room an overall dirty feel. The area outside of the base of the fridge appeared dirty/sticky. This area wasn’t really visible unless the fridge door was open but seeing it at all added to the overall dirty feel of the room. And last but not least, the comforter on one of the beds was ratty at the bottom with some long strings hanging off. It clearly was ready to be retired but instead, it was placed back on the bed. This wasn’t noticed until right before we checked out, but cemented that this hotel doesn’t care about or focus on the things most important to hotel guests- cleanliness and the overall maintenance of the room. If I return to the area in the future, I’ll stay at the Hilton across the road.

We encountered plumbing issues in our room and had to move, but unfortunately, no compensation was offered for the inconvenience. While the overall stay wasn’t terrible, it was disappointing that the situation wasn’t handled with more care, especially since things like this can happen. A bit more attention to resolving guest issues would have made a difference.

I was unaware when I booked our stay for the Rob Zombie, Alice Cooper show at PNC that there was a $100 Incidental Fee. Although my funds were limited, I was able to cover the cost, however I don't recall seeing any mention the additional fee. I feel that it should have been disclosed at the time of booking. Otherwise, our stay was wonderful. The room, facility, and staff were top notch
