Hotel entrance is locked after 10:00pm, you have to wait at the door until someone shows up at the front desk, no way to call to them. Floors were dirty, counter space in bathroom extremely small, no lock on bathroom door. Beds were uncomfortable, A/C was noisy and cycled off/on which made it hard to sleep. Sketchy individuals roaming around the front entry, didn't feel safe. Book here as a last resort.

You get what you pay for
The whole hotel smelled like weed. Shower head sprayed everywhere and the shower curtain was cloth so the bathroom tried to flood every time we took a shower. Walls in the bathroom has something splattered all over them. I will say the staff was very friendly and welcoming.

MY STAY WAS HORRIBLE , it was an problem with everything the whole photo is old pictures the housekeeping Poor , it’s old Nasty , they want id just to use the IRON THAT SHOULD BE Assessable for guests , You Can only get one paper roll even if you’re only staying an few days as I did which I had to due the the circumstances of my trip My wife and my kids stayed at family house because of the Nastiness of the whole hotel , The morning when I went to the room to get my PROPERTY I OPENED THE WINDOW AND IT WAS BIG ROACHES LITTLE ONE ALL THE HEATER , then when I went to front seat to let them know they acted if I was the problem.

I was put in this hotel for a work trip. My company paid for it. It was, by far, the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. When I arrived (admittedly after midnight) I had to be let in by dialing zero on a phone to the right. The receptionist (who was very kind!) was hidden behind a gate like you'd see at the mall when it's closing time. The receptionist desk is literally designed to prevent the workers from being harmed. That was the first sign that I was in trouble. I was then asked to sign a form in several places - at least five but I believe more. It was printed faintly, perhaps on purpose, so I wouldn't ask questions about what I was signing off on. I could have given this hotel the rights to my firstborn daughter for all I know of, but it was late and I needed to go to sleep. On the way to my room, I heard loud yelling and the powerful odor of marijuana. The televisions were quite loud. When I entered my room, I placed my duffel bag on the table next to the door, stripped the bed, and investigated the room. There were mouse droppings in the closet and the shower had multiple dark yellow stains. No bedbugs, though! I slept for a few hours until I awoke at 3AM to see a giant cockroach crawling on the ceiling. That was the moment I decided to leave. I slept in the company van that night outside of the Great Wolf Lodge. The property responds to all of its negative reviews saying they will improve, but the only way to do so, at this point, is to burn it down and start over.

The entire building smelled of smoke and marijuanna. The hall floors hadn't been vacuumed in who knows how long. There was chipped and peeling paint everywhere. Cockroaches and other bugs in the room. The only thing I was sure was clean was the fridge. If I had any other choice, I would have left.

This hotel is in a great location. In the center of so much. From food to shopping. The staff was friendly and professional. Great price for a clean comfortable place to stay.

We stayed here because it was close to Charlotte Motor Speedway and I know you get what you pay for but this place was DIRTY...it was gross. No housekeeping without 24 hours notice and maybe no one ever requested it. The sheets were clean and the toilet but I wouldn't walk barefoot on the floors. It had a kitchenette but not one utensil or plate/glass etc. The only thing I can say good about this place is the location because everything was close. Next time i'll pay triple the price because I wouldn't stay there if you paid me

We found the property to be in poor condition as it appeared little maintenance was performed. The cabinets in each of our rooms were old, abused, and falling apart. Except for the lobby area, the remainder of the building was dirty, especially the halls and elevator. Even though the property was listed as non-smoking, the scent of smoking was everywhere in the building. We cut our stay to only one night due to this condition. The property needs a complete renovation and renewed focus on cleanliness. I do not recommend this property at all.

Good value - horrible service
Room was run down but fairly clean. The biggest problem came with the service. We got a room for 1 night because we were going to a nearby concert. When we got back from the concert our key no linger worked. The lady at the front desk was helpful in getting that fixed. The next morning, an employee walks into our room around 7am and immediately walks back out. About 30 minutes later there was loud banging on the door and 2 employees were there telling me i need to come down to the front desk because we were not supposed to be there. When we got down, they implied that we had broken in. I immediately requested my deposit and checked out. The room itself was good value for the price but the attitude/behavior of the staff made it an overall negative experience.

Checked in and the lady said No Pets. Signed the paperwork and there were 2 sections on pet fees. ? The room next to us had a huge dog that barked at every noise and when owner left in the morning the dog freaked out and barked non stop. Either take dogs or don’t. It doesn’t matter to me but if you say No Pets…then there shouldn’t be a dog next to us. Thank goodness it was a quick stop over night on the way home from Alabama.
