The room was good, bed comfortable. We weren't expecting to pay for parking. The breakfast wasn't great. A few restaurants nearby. There's a 7-11 nearby where we went to buy some beverages as the hotel bar prices are ridiculous. Only one elevator working and at that particularly slow. Won't be back.

Although I was unable to reach the phone number to request the airport shuttle, it arrived within minutes of waiting at the curb. The driver was very helpful and friendly. Check-in was fast and the room was comfortable and clean, especially the bed. I was unable to use the channels on the TV and there were no instructions on how to use it, neither was there a phone in the room to call the front desk.

While I was in transit to Charlotte my reservation was canceled by the hotel. I spent over an hour during my layover on the phone my Expedia support. They told me they got me another reservation but were unable to secure it. I had to drop off the call when I boarded my flight. No follow up from Expedia support. We ended up spending 2 nights in absolutely the worst hotel Iā€™ve stayed in in the last 30 years. I am VERY disappointed with Expedia.

The stay was good, friendly staff at the front desk. Received an email the day before arrival saying to call a certain number to have the shuttle pick up from airport. Tried the # for 30 mins and it was busy every time. Arrived at hotel and the shuttle was sitting out front with driver. Mentioned it at front desk @ check-in and no explanation or why. Just sorry about that. Little annoying
